Well, I agree some are. No details needed, but I’m pretty stocked myself.
But I’d bet ya dollars to donuts there are folks who buy some seed packs at Home Depot thinking they’re ready - until they realize they don’t even own a shovel...

For all of the people who say they are prepared....are you? In any trueemergency/disaster situation, the hospitals will most likely be overflowing, and you will probably need to perform your own triage. DO you have hemostats, sutures, tourniquets, splints?
When disaster hits, you will not be able to count on ANY part of the current infrastructure to help you.
I have a saying I printed out an placed with my stored items:
The veneer of civilization is thin......and getting thinner.

seed packs at Home Depot thinking theyre ready yeah, the seeds thing is stupid. I despise that commericial about non hyprid seeds. Talk about trying to profiteer out of scaring folks.
1). why non-hybrid????? Shouldn't you try to get the most hardy hybrid seeds for post apocolypse?
2). Why not just buy a bunch of already grown stuff like wheat or MREs and canned food? When bad times happen, are you going to have time to grow stuff before dying of starvation???
That said, I found a can of this stuff in my closet where my wife had tucked it away. I think I might plant it come spring and can the food.

(Hey, Barack "Hubris" Obama, $10 is all it would take, why spend millions to cover it up?)
