Well - I thought we could all use some good news.
Was up in the wee hours of the morning watching TCT.TV and this Sid Roth Program comes on (It's Supernatural).
The host interviewed a man named John Fenn.
John has done some unusual things.
You will need to watch the video at the link to learn more.
But the one thing that really made me smile was that John Fenn who was "caught up into heaven" like the Apostle Paul was:
2 Corinthians 12:2: 2I know a man in Christ who fourteen years ago--whether in the body I do not know, or out of the body I do not know, (B)God knows--such a man was caught up to the (D)third heaven.
Oh, Wow, Backhoe - what a dream!
Well - yes - it is just over the “horizon” - in Heaven.
Go to Jesus and He will take you there - and all your animals!
I will not ping him.
Not worth having him foam at the mouth when one does not agree with his ideas and then he goes on talking down to those who disagree as if he is so highly evovled.
God Blesses Manics too.

LOL - well - who knows? God surely has a sense of humor - so ask Him about it.....
Hmm - I think so - since the Lion will lay down with the Lamb!
Hmmm - the original thread does talk about not just our pets but our animals.
And, um, while I think cockroaches are part of God’s creation of course - they certainly are not part of God’s LOVED cretures! Neither are the mosquitos, etc etc etc. Those are called “pests” for a good reason. Yes, He made them...but well I beileve He will have the animals that bring us joy - not nuisance - there.
Apparently that is the case.
Of course we won’t know til we arrive “on the other side” will we?
I guess the main issue then, is, are we certain WE will be in heaven - to find out if our pets and other beloved animals are there too?
If we are not sure - what to do?
Why not go to Jesus - and He will take care of the rest.
Yes indeed - so true - Heaven will be exceeding abundantly above all we can even think or imagine it will be, won’t it???
Amen! Hallelujah! Thanks for your comments and will be glad to see you there one day - very soon perhaps.
(As Jesus is returning for His beloveds VERY soon - it appears)
Maranatha!
Good point - why not animals!
Makes so much sense.
Thanks for that insight.
OH I love your comments about your dogs! What beloveds they are for you!
Surely we know God is the author of every good and perfect gift including our beloved animals.
So, of course, it makes sense that our wonderful and gracious and giving God would want them with us in heaven!
The main thing is to be sure we are headed there to be with them!
Come unto Jesus all you who labor and are heavy laden, and He will give you rest for your souls....(which is what heaven will also be about. Yes there will be activity but it won’t be “laborious” it will be only restful - joyouse - glorious!)
Spell check stll has not become a strong point.
JOYOUSE should be JOYOUS.
BLESSED BE THE WORD OF THE LORD.
BLESSED BE THE NAME OF THE LORD.
BLESSED BE THE WAYS OF THE LORD.
BLESSED BE THE LORD GOD OF ELIJAH.
Thanks for your kind words.
I don’t know about pets. Scripture indicates that animals have no soul and merely return to dust.
However, it would not surprise me that the God who can reaise up children of Abraham from rocks could recreate any pet HE CHOSE to for the pleasure of His kids in Heaven.
I would suspect, however, that our priorities would be different, there.
However, Pastor’s husband said he wants to be the stable man in Heaven—Scripture mentions horses so he thinks he’d enjoy that.
Certainly Scripture talks about Heavenly joys beyond what we could ask or think. I’m not about to tell God what He can or cannot do there.
We know the rabid clique sorts of Papists are not at all inclined to consider facts nor reason . . . nor really, to be that fair-minded or charitable.
It’s OK. They have quite a burden with all their horrific heresy stuff to wade through. It’s easy to have compassion toward them.
Heaven will not
Heaven be
If my cats are not there
to welcome me.

Sorry, I’m not about to limit God.
I haven’t made a trip to Heaven yet.
A number of folks who have come back with insights I haven’t had but yet which resonate with Holy Spirit within me.
I do not toss them out, out of hand.
Won’t mangle my theology either way.
It certainly sounds like something God’s love and kindness would engineer.
Part of me thinks that we’ll be more interested in fellowship with one another and the rest of the saints from the ages . . . however, I do believe that animals are in Heaven. It’s not a great leap to believe that some of those animals could be favorite pets.
God Blesses Manics too.

I'll keep him in the loop for you. And others that are concerned about the viciousness of Roman adherents.
And if "heeding" is responding, then you responded to this post and it is as rabidly anti-RCC as anything he has written. I will continue to point out that their man-centered theology is destructive to the soul and I will continue to call upon Rome to repent...if it can.
Ya know one of the times KV was on life support/ICU (told it was the end, been told that three times, he still here/back) and he finally came around and got well he said he talked to the Lord and thought he was going home fer sure.
The Lord told him No the Pinapple Pizza and Red Wine wasnt ready for him yet. : )
We are not commanded to proselytize or baptize our pets so it would seem that their eternal paths are different from ours.
Far be it for me to tell the Almighty what He can or cannot do but I believe expecting our pets to see us in Heaven is just human emotionalism and not support by His Word.
I can remember seeing kids over the years from 4-H cry there eyes out when there animal went up for auction and on to someones dinner table.
There maybe allot of Moos waiting for their human care providers. : )
Points taken, but I respectfully disagree.
THX THX.
WELL PUT.
It appears that few are able to make the distinction between fierce disagreement about heresy etc.
vs
hatred of persons or even of the whole organization.
One ends up concluding that some simply do NOT WANT to deal in the truth nor in fair-mindedness.
No sweat.
God is bigger than all of us put together.
Thanks for your love of HIM.
Not to mention the lowest life form of all -- democrats.
