Seven questions, name, age, race, total number of people living here and then you have to list the names of those living there, relationship and race.
no signature required.
The government always divides by race.
I can afford the $100. Screw them. Let them waste dollars sending out some fool to see me. I’ve paid taxes for over 45 years, time for ME to waste some of it, not just the politicans wasting it.
Hey, you didn’t see me say it was a problem... they haven’t found me yet, and they don’t know where my hideout is, either.
So, as long as someone is fine with the fine or the time... I would say, “Go for it!” ... :-)
I received BOTH the long and the short forms. I have no idea why. Are they planning to count us twice?
Race: Adam’s
Number of Occupants: 35, males, ages 55-65
Occupation: stay-at-home nudists
*** Double-dog-dare you to come and help us fill out the form!!
LOL!! That’s great!

5-7 Not Constitutionally required. See DMV, IRS, County Clerk, Superintendent of schools and or Socialist Stupidity Administration)
Shame on you for answering all of them.
How can you mail it right back when it asks how many people on April 1st? Maybe someone will move in in the meantime!
Question 2 is if you are too stupid to know in question 1 how many there were. Doesn’t the verb WERE mean it is to be filled out after that date?
What I did was to put the sex of each person and the age, and the fact that they lived here and nowhere else. Those were the fair questions. I just did it today.
No names, races, ownership of home, anything.
BTW: I would like to know why people from the Middle East are classified as "white," while we have a separate category for "Hispanic" (the US is the ONLY country on earth that has the ridiculous Hispanic category).
So this time I just wrote “Prefer not to answer” on the offending questions...
Does this count as my dissident view?
I HEREBY DECLARE THAT I CONSIDER THE CENSUS TO BE AN UNCONSTITIONAL INVASION OF MY PRIVACY!
Am I good now? I seriously don't want to waste more money by paying any fines.
I am not lying either. I also DO have native blood- four generations of Americans born right here. So, I am grandfathered in.
Just make sure they can’t find you, and you should be okay... :-)
Thank you very much for this. We might need it. Saving it to tell the census worker.
Well, according to the census, now... a bunch of black people just moved into your house... LOL ...
Um, of course they can find us. They have our address, and they surely GPSed our door...
Well, as long as they have the house occupied by either blacks or hispanics, they probably have no reason to come back again... :-)
You mean they could easily pick our race for us because I left it blank. I think I will re-open the envelope and cross out the questions I didn't like, rather than leave them blank?

Well, I was teasing a bit there... because I would hope that the Census people would be honorable people and would put down the truth of the matter.
BUT, having said that -- if a Census person cannot get the information directly from you, they can put down what they know and see. Thus, they (themselves) can fill in information that you don't directly give to them.
Just sayin' ... doncha know... :-)
