This is a crucial week. Keep calling your reps ,folks. Tell them how you feel about the healthcare bill. After doing so..continue to pray.
He is a pistol. We have good days and not so good. He is on restriction right now for generally being sassy to a teacher and calling her a bad name. He will learn I know all and take no prisoners (so to speak). Yesterday, he walked in after school and came over to me to hug me. I think he knew he was in trouble from the get go.I was very calm when I listened to his side of the story, told him I didn't believe him, and relieved him of his Nintendo DS for a month. I worried the whole night at the concert.
I knew that someone had to be ‘approved’ that’s why I asked. My sister had a wedding to go to and I offered and she told me that she would just take the baby with cause it was a hassle to get someone approved. I commend you for taking this on even when you have so much else going on. Older kids can be quite a challenge, even(or especially?) when you’ve raised them from the get-go.
It’s sad what these kids go thru to end up in foster care. He really is a good boy; he just comes with baggage. I won’t let him use the ADHD affliction as a reason to be impudent, rude, or just nasty. So far, he’s been really ok and will comply with restrictions on him. He’s 13 but usually acts much younger, likes kids either smaller then he is physically or much younger than he is to play with.
I really want him to be challenged in school so he can go to special ed classes in a regular school. right now he goes to a school 16.5 miles from home where classes are very small and they have a lot of recreational time. He only has 4 academic classes plus art and p.e.
Well, he’s lucky to have you. They give kids so many excuses now adays to use as a crutch. Wonder what would have happened if Hawkings parent had filled him with self pity or Ray Charles?
It is 67 out there. Did about an hours clean up work, but that was all I could handle. Back is still in bad shape from Florida. Will take an Advil and rub some Icy hot and go back to my computer project.
Han’t plumped-out mine.
Hope you both feel better. Back-aches are a pain in the well, back area.
Yay! You haven’t let us know whether you were successful or not. I’m so glad it worked for you. As for the CDC, tell them to ax Caligula about stopping smoking.
The back is getting better all the time. I just can’t sit for any lengthy time at all. I’m still a little concerned about the head. If I am lying down w/o a pillow, there is a swirling feeling.

CDC Warns Of New Plague

CDC warning.....
Very important information has just been made public that I think is something you should all be aware of: Gonorrhea Lectim.
The Center for Disease Control has issued a warning about a new virulent strain of this old disease. The disease is called Gonorrhea Lectim. Its pronounced Gonna re-elect im. The disease is contracted through dangerous and high-risk behavior involving putting your cranium up your rectum. Many victims contracted it in 2008, but now most people, after having been infected for the past 1-2 years, are starting to realize how destructive this sickness is.
Its sad because it is so easily cured with a new procedure just coming on the market called *Vo-tem-out!* You take the first dose/step in 2010 and the second dosage in 2012, and simply dont engage in such behavior again, otherwise it could become permanent and eventually wipe out all life as we know it.
Several states are already on top of this like Virginia, New Jersey, and now Massachusetts, with many more seeing the writing on the wall. Please pass this important message on to all those bright folk you really care about.
ummmm, I have no idea why that should be happening. I hope you find out soon....
No amount of penicillin will cure it, right?
You bet’cha!
Too funny!
And, I hope we all apply the rememdy, even if we’re not the ones with the disease.
Chapel today (in about an hour!). Topic: how to grow as a Christian.
Good morning.
Good afternoon. BBL. Time to head out. When I do come back online, I will have an important (to me) announcement.
I hear tea has been found to be a great first aid and catalyst in advance of ‘Vo-tem-out’...;-))
I’m interested in your announcement.
Ducking.
