A dead beaver on U.S. Highway 331 caused passing motorists to do a double take this week.
For most drivers the sight of road kill is not out of the ordinary. But when the dog-sized animal is wearing a shirt and has an energy drink next to its head, you may question what you just saw.

This showed up in PA. Someone dumped the couch, then a deer got whacked, and someone put it on the couch. A few days later, the end table and lamp showed up, and then the TV. Finally, the sign appeared.

PA must contract the same road cleanup crews MD does.My bet would be that the cleanup crew saw that scene, laughed their butts off, and drove on by. More here

txhurl, I don’t know if you got a chance to see the dead racoon someone had set up on 1431 just before the last curve heading down Hart Hill, but they stuck a cigarette butt in its mouth and put an empty beer can next to it. Lot of drivers were doing a double take on that one too.
