How sweet this is Meg! Thank you so much. I want Nikki to see this if possible. I am so glad this is over for now...I am tired! (after company, too much excitement, if you know what I mean?)
Thank you, Luv, this is beautiful! Its a girl and they chose the name when they were looking for baby names. I liked Braelyn, but was unsure of Raigh! You know these young people today...they seem to want names no one has! Its a pretty little baby, I enjoyed holding her.
I know exactly what you mean..Put your feet up ...and have some chocolate!
I’ll bet she’s beautiful! Just enjoy her!
Yes,better, thank you...
I discussed nightmare care some on the big forum before the fact but now I am just aching for November..I can’t talk about ZerO either..
I am not watching much news this week..reading about it is all I can stand.
A Newfoundland...Now that is a HORSE disguised as a dog! LOL
Congrats, jaycee! The grands are ever so much more fun than your own kids...for some reason! LOL

Thank you Meg, it was a trying 5 months. The poor guy took a lot of pills to control his heart and lung function, 22 pills a day. He rallied to spunkytown a few days after the meds started, had a good few months and in the last few weeks the coughing started up again, even with frequent ER visits for treatment. I miss him so. His head would normally rest on my lap as I type, or as I sat in my favorite chair at night. These dobermans just love human contact. But at least we have our Bart who will help us through the loss. He had an extra 5 months with us, while we slowly said goodbye. He had one special characteristic, he had one golden eye and one brown, so I called him “Golden Eye” sometimes. He was a neat dog. So smart. My Auntie Mickey who visited us from Colorado several times, said of Bailey “This one I’d take home with me.” She had dobermans many years ago and those are the ones that impressed me so much that we got one as our first dog after we were married.
I am unable to post a short reply apparently.
: )
I am glad you had the extra months with him..and know Bart is a comfort...I just don’t think we can post short replies when describing a dear lost pet.
I know your next Doberman will be a lucky dog...
There’s a name...”Lucky”!
Thank you so much for thinking and praying for Lindy and d’Ogee. I will give them a big hug from you and Marissa. Thank you again soooooooooooo much.! Your picture is lovely and of course brought tears to my eyes. I definitely appreciate that you and Marissa are thinking of them. Where did all the time go?
LOL!!! Yes - a horse of a dog. Funnnnnnnnnnny!!
Yep, I thought of LUCKY. He will be lucky if he lands here.
I also like “Hudson”. Might seem weird, but if we name him “RUSH” we might get pegged as the conservatives we are and we don’t want anyone who treats him as a vet to be biased against us in any little tiny way. HUDSON would be unique and a stealth way to get Rush in on the name.
Also like “WILSON” because that was Reagan’s middle name.
This is so cute, tiapam!! Thank you so much! I went to sleep and just got up about 10 minutes ago and now I must find something to eat (not too heavy this time of night.) Guess this day was too long for me....LOL!
This is precious, yorkie! That would be cute in a frame in the baby’s room. I really love that and the sentiments are so sweet! Thanks so very much.
I am looking for something lite to eat this time of night. I have been asleep for quite a while and it felt so good. It doesn’t feel as good now....LOL!
The Big Pic of Torey the Dog? Yes I miss her.
