Every minute we spend here could have been spent on something else.

The media uses this to paint the Teaper Surge as being nerdy & sometimes dangerous. Can we somehow turn this, and break their narrative? Please help me see it....

Begin with the end in mind, right? What is that end?

Well, in a way you’re looking at it from the wrong angle. It’s not a move to benefit “our side”, it’s a move to make sure the Constitution is enforced. So for that end, it matters little if Biden is in charge. Biden is constitutionally eligible to be President, so the job’s done.

As for whether this would be a step-up politically - he’s a lib, but he doesn’t pal around with terrorists and he’s not a Mudslime.

What is that end?

Adherence to the Constitution.

If we don't care about that, then we have nothing to hang any other issues on.

Let’s ignore the law and the Constitution because it might not benefit us? I don’t think so.

So for you whether or not people should make a stand to uphold our Constitution should be based upon politics and as to whether or not it may benefit us politically?

This is a Constitutional issue. To defend the Constitution and have it be upheld is always a benefit in my book.

Free the Long Form!!!

I hope you have your “Newbie” shield on, and the sword of facts at hand, because the assault on reason will soon commence.

I think Congress would be able to “handle” him ... and do the job they were elected to do.

You adhere to the Constitution.

Not doing so has brought us to near ruin.

IF Zeerho is not a natural born citizen, our government has been stolen, and the Constitution is a meaningless shred of parchment.

THATS why it matters.

Because truth is more important than a lie.

Because the Constitution is more important than short term concerns. If we pander to short term goals we will erode our foundation.

Because the means do NOT justify the ends. Short term political strategy ( the means) does not justify the ends ( destruction of the Constitution and rule of law.)

Begin with the end? Removal from office will be impossible before the end of his first term. Even if the allegations about his birth were somehow proven, it would be litigated for is remaining term.

However, if it is proven that there was a conspiracy / cover-up by top Democratic officials to allow an unqualified candidate to become president. It would cripple the Democratic party for years.

Me, I would be satisfied to with proof in either direction. I fear for our country when someone can become President without a past, a new take on the Manchurian candidate.

“Begin with the end in mind, right? What is that end?”

The end is to have Obama’s fraudulent ass-end in freaking jail! That’s the end “Wiz!”

We cannot let him get away with this. I don’t give a fiddler’s fart what color he is.

“The Natural Born Citizen - Eligibility Issue” is about the United States Constitution, the law of the land. Are we not a Nation of Laws and not a Nation of Men?

Obama has the power to make this issue go away in an instant... Good grief!

One thing you can do is to stop using that God-awful DU slur “birther!” I am a “documenter” myself - I demand the same documents from Obama that any prospective employer would demand from me. I prefer “constitutionalist” but I realize that Americans prefer shorter terms.

If that is weird, fringe, or wacko, then please call the boys in the white coats!

But it is not: I know it, everybody here knows it, and most of all the Obamanoids know it!

As far as spending time on it, I’ve decided to leave it up to the courts to adjudicate...and up to the state legislatures to demand basic documentation from candidates who wish to appear on the states’ ballots.

We may be stuck with Obozo for 3 more years but we should do our best to ensure that January 2013 will be the end of his reign of socialist terror and that can be done simply by forcing him to identify himself before the campaign starts.

You're asking the wrong questions.

1. Are you willing to defend the Constitution at any cost?

2. Are you willing to set a precedent of a President who has admitted dual citizenship?

You missed the central problem in both cases: No one is above the law in America. Clinton is not permitted to get away with perjury in a court of law and Obama is not permitted to get away with defrauding the Congress.

The afterbirthers think this is a political game to “win” something. The only win is in the sense of the judicial system working by and upholding the promise of equal justice for all - the mighty and powerful and the joe schmoes. Unequal justice is the root of corruption and unhchecked corruption is at the root of the endless poverty and war of third world nations.

Equality under the law is the linch pin of the constitution and America’s exceptionalism. Personally I think it will be horrible if Obama has committed fraud with no gain for anyone politically. The ideal of equal justice before the law is a necessity beyond politics.

We have another problem with corruption that the Congress is ignoring. Timmah from Goldman Sachs is a tax cheat and they put him in charge of the Treasury. Now we are finding he probably made illegal deals with our money for his pals. Corrupt people in power - criminals in power - is another word for the bondage of Africa or South America.

But where can you take it? The SCOTUS won’t touch it, probably out of fears of riots and death threats.

We either have a Constitution or we don’t. Case closed. The man is a fraud. Remove him. Anyone associated with the fraud should be likewise arrested and put on trial.

The law and the right thing to do are such a burden.

Biden as president is a golden gift to conservatives. Hillary as VP is icing on the cake.

Despite the fact that you're a noob I think you ask an excellent question. This issue is bigger than Obama and should be dealt with as such. The real issue is the flaw in our system that has been exposed.

Its pretty obvious that neither the courts or congress are going to remove Obama under any circumstances. This s an issue that should go to the state legislatures with no specific goal of removing Obama. It doesn't even take all the states to require eligibility to be proven when one or two would stop a potential usurper in his tracks.

There is plenty of traction to be had elsewhere with Obama and its been pretty effective at slowing his agenda to a crawl.

There are plenty of people with plenty of minutes to handle everything that needs to be handled, including the questions around what Obamao is hiding and whether or not his presidency is unconstitutional. I leave it up to others who have invested time and energy, you should do the same, if you think there are better fish to fry. My advise is to answer the questions about Obamao’s birth with an “I don’t know,” which is certainly true, and ask back, “What is he hiding.” Equally certain is that he is hiding something. It only takes a few moments out of other matters.

The issue, simply, is “does the law matter or not?” If it doesn’t, then there is no law, except whatever the people who can enforce it say it is.

This would be a bad idea even no matter what the President’s political view were.
