After tasting 37 different blended coffees, Consumer Reports couldn't find one that measured up to its "excellent" or "very good" ratings, the publication said Tuesday.

I like Dunkin Donuts too. Along with Starbucks, Community Coffee, and Eight 0clock.
That’s also my favorite beverage, but it just doesn’t help open my eyes at 6:00am.
I wish that we had DD here (Omaha) we have to drive to St Joe, Mo to get some.
“Folgers works fine for me!”
Come on. It’s one thing to be anti-snob, but having taste doesn’t make you one.
BEST. CAWFEE. EVAR.
The only coffee I will buy anymore is 8O'C Dark Italian Roast Whole Bean. It blows everything else away, and the price is the icing on the cake. Best value for whole bean coffee as far as I am concerned. Be sure to participate in the 8 O'Clock Rewards program if they start it again for 2010. With the rewards points last year, I got coupons for free small bags (11-12oz.), and used them when A&P had the small bags on sale buy-one-get-one-free. Last time I bought coffee, I got 4 bags (46oz total) for $0.00!
My roommate thinks he is saving so much with the $2 off you next in-store purchase mochofrappalattachino label on the bags of Starbucks whole beans he gets. FAIL. That coffee gives me a headache. I think it's the Hope & Change Libtard extract they blend into it.
Sometimes I’ll get a strong black blend that is hefty bold. To knock it back a few notches will mix it with Folgers, Maxwell House etc.... blends it to mildy bold—just how me likes it!
Best coffee in the world (in my opinion).
STUMPTOWN
“I wish that we had DD here (Omaha)”
Move to New England. There’s one on every corner here - sometimes 2 - just so you don’t have to U-turn.
Cafe Du Monde coffee and chicory- hot milk, sugar. Everything else is swill.
And coffee has to be strong enough to dissolve your spoon if its left in the cup-lol. Most of what is sold as coffee I call rabbit pee.
We’re out in the boonies, and I’ve not seen that in any of the stores (Logli/Schnucks, Sullivans). We’ll look for it, though, on our next trip. Thanks!
Corrrrrfeee Twwwwwaaalk. If you can handle Rosanne Barf...

I'm a recovering alcoholic/scotch addict, and couldn't get enough high end single malts. I was always kind of disappointed with Laphroig...kind of an Anbesol taste to it, lol.
My tastes ran more to the Glenmorangie (oak, sherry or nectar d'or), Dalmore or Oban...
The last time CR did a coffee comparison, Eight-O-Clock came in second behind a $20 per pound Columbian. I wrote to them to ask about buying it over the internet and they said they had no interest. I’ve never seen it here in California. They must be doing really well to not give a damn about expanding their territory. Of course, that was years ago; maybe they’ve changed their minds.
Yup, Eight OClock Colombian whole-bean — that’s the deal right there. It was rated tops by Consumer Reports a dozen years ago, and has been my go-to since then.
8 O’ Clock (beans) is my favorite at home. While driving, I like Dunkin Donuts.
The very best coffee Ive ever made was from Burundi, Africa. I used that for about 3 or 4 years. But, something happened over there, and they quit importing it to the US.
Wow. Nice to see a drunk that spent more money on booze than I did.
