Yes, both parents sit on the nest Yorkie. I was so surprised that dad didn’t come. That is so unusual!! Grrrrrrrr. Usually in this weather, the one sitting on the egg will wait until the other relief partner arrives! They even have a method of scooting off the egg....while the other eagle comes behind them to immediately cover the egg! It didn’t happen today. Not sure what that will mean.

Yes, I agree yorkie. Its so cold here but the snow has stopped. My whole carport and patio floors are literally covered with snow. I’ve never seen that much snow under that roof. It was a blowing snow and blew right in. Talk about slick...it would be slick as glass. I don’t plan to take a step out there.

This is a very poorly done video I took in 2007 of the Norfolk Nest. I was recouping and bedridden so experimented with a video cam! Not very good, but it was a Sunday Afternoon in the rain. Ma and Pa Norfolk had three growing Eaglets! Gives you a idea of the swaying of that tree, Jaycee!

Now all you techies tell me how I can dress that link up abit so it doesn’t look tacky!

I’m off to get housework done now!
