Sassy caught everyone's affection this year, but I can assure you that is the watching Eagles is beyond wonderful and exciting!
Look who showed up and said hello to me yesterday at my Sidney Nest Cam..
A wonderful thought, as usual Mayor. We also are watching a sapling tree outside that we planted about that long ago too.
Blessings to you today..
I’ve just googled for eagle cams LOL...I got a red x on one in Virginia..thought they would have light.
I love eagles..nice shot.
Wonderful message, Rus.

Meg this is the Norfolk cam. The westcoast cams that I watch are all dark right yet...sun isn’t up!

I know..That’s why I was looking for an east coast cam.
I’ll be checking on your working sites...I am behind on chores.
I’d rather watch eagles and hummingbirds!

I vote we adopt this beautiful bird as our website mascot!
(anyway we get a link so we can see the bird?)
How about some data on the bird; name, age, progress on nesting and so on, so we can enjoy this along with you?
How about a three hanky warning next time.
Just got this and am passing it on, OUTSTANDING!
Moist Chocolate Cake
3 cups flour
6 Tablespoons cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups white or brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
10 Tablespoons oil
2 Tablespoons white vinegar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups water
Combine wet and then dry ingredients and mix with electric mixer just until well combined.
This cake is so versatile it can be baked either in 2 9 inch round pans, 1- 9x13 pan or in muffin tins for cup cakes. . For cup cakes, add a few chocolate chips into each muffin tin before pouring batter into it. Layer or top with your favorite frosting. This cake will soon become a favorite for everyone around!
Really Rich Brownie Cake
2 sticks margarine
6 Tablespoons dark or unsweetened chocolate chips
6 Tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 cups granulated sugar
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 eggs
2 ½ cups flour
½ tea salt
Melt margarine and chocolate in medium saucepan. Mix for a smooth chocolate mixture. Remove from heat. Add into the saucepan with chocolate mixture in it — sugar and extract, eggs (checked for blood spots), flour and salt mixing just until well combined. Pour batter into 9 x 13 baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake in 350 degrees preheated oven for approximately half hour. If wooden toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean, its ready. Very satisfying!
Excerpt
“... When Paul wrote to the believers at Colosse, he said, Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth (Col. 3:2). His point is that only as we allow our values to be motivated and shaped by the eternal (not the temporal) will we be effective ambassadors of Christ in the world. It is in the understanding that we are pilgrims in this world, not tourists, that we can keep a clear perspective and an undistracted heartand can more effectively serve the Savior.”
