Just curious.

My mother recently handed me a copy of “The life of Washington” written by Anna C Reed in 1842.

I haven’t started reading it yet but the information I’m getting is that in Reed’s time there were already attempts to change America into something other than what Washington and his contemporaries intended. As I understand it Reed attempts to correct the history that was already changing in her day.

I’m just wondering if you’ve read the book and what did you think of it?

Wow. Haven’t heard of this. How, exactly, was she attempting to change history?

I don’t think she was attempting to change history. From what info I read on the internet she was trying to keep Washington’s history true and intact in a time when others were declaring Washington to be an atheist.

Congratulations!

My 13 year old son watched the entire hour and loved it! The next generation is learning their history...

We appreciated your thoughtful contributions to the discussion. Thank you, too, for your work in bringing the ideas of liberty to present generations, especially our youth!

See my post today of the title essay from a Bicentennial Year Volume entitled, "Our Ageless Constitution." Out of print for over 20 years, it is now available again. My post is here.

The so-called "progressives," whom I call "regressives," wish to destroy the "foundations" Justice Story spoke about, but with people like you exposing their history and motives, perhaps liberty will, indeed, survive!

Because of you, I turned on my TV. Got to see Glenn for the first time, also. I watched the later rerun and thought I’d be too tired to grasp it all. What a GREAT JOB - I clicked off the TV feeling I learned something.

Thank YOU, Mr Patriot, and all the best with your book! Will be getting it for my adult children.

Enjoyed the show with my husband and children. We think of Glenn as America’s Homeschool teacher. You did a great job!

We only had a handshake/hello. Generally genial. He then called me a few days later to discuss somethings and was personable and warm. He reminds me of Rush, when Rush interviewed me, in terms of he actually LISTENS to your answers as opposed to Hannity and some other hosts who have their talking points.
