Silvie, I am sure you know about this appalling woman. I have wondered for years why she has a radio program. Just her screechy wavery voice is enough to drive a person crazy, let along the endlessly loopy PC stuff she parrots. True story: I was in Neiman’s at Mazza Gallerie minding my own business and, from across the entire store, like from cosmetics to all the way over to scarves and gloves, I could hear her talking to her friend, kind of a stream-of-consciousness narration of everything she saw. It was horrible. Every once in a while there would be a hyena-like laugh. I went upstairs to try on coats, but could still hear her. It was like she was haunting me. I had to leave.
