My 4th day - not because I tried but came down with the terrible flu. Figured now was the time to stop. Hopefully it will be ok when my tummy feels better.

IF you’ve gone 4 days you can go forever if you really want to, last time I quit I was smoking 3 packs a day and just stopped

I did it with a combination of Zyban and Nicotrol Inhalers. The latter were the most important part — you could “hit” them like a cigarette and get a Nicotine hit that satisfied the oral and physical part.

You could also use them on a plane, which was great, since I was flying them (as I do now).

You can certainly use that to your advantage. I did. Whether its a bad flu, pneumonia or bronchaitis, there is usually 1 day where it just hurts too much to smoke. I took advantage of that, when I finally quit.

I had been using One Step for a couple of years and I think I ad reduce the nicotine and tar in my body enough that when I tried to quit the last time, it took. I didn't have that 'anxious' need to have a cig that would always pull me back in between 9 and 21 days.
