Not on the thread, but I did quit smoking after 30 years f pack a day...

I quit cold turkey (but I had a whole 1 a day). My dad took Zyban and my brother took Chantix and they were both successful.

Yep. Quit 6 years ago. Smoked for 35 years. 1-2 packs a day.
