At least the Village People never made me want to put my head in a vice to make them stop singing. And their songs (gay as they were) were at least catchy.
This "song" was just noise.

Theres only one Gaga
That's still one too many. ;-) LOL!

I hate that girl, too, for making me feel so old. I wanted to get a walker just so I could angrily shake it at my TV.Bwahahaha!

Bye Bye Lacey. You know they are not wasting a save on her. Painfully obvious. I think Lacey knew it was all BS and just had fun singing that last song.
To: Lil'freeper
You know they are not wasting a save on her.
It sure looks like they're discussing it. While Lacey was singing:
Simon: What is that thing in her hair?
Randy: Dude, I have no idea. A cauliflower?
Kara: Do you guys think I talk to much? I don't think I talk too much, but everyone says I talk too much.
Ellen: That Aaron kid is totally copying my hairstyle.

Or, "Baby on Board"! Gad, how I hated those sighs! You would be amazed at how cathartic it is running cars with those signs off the road into a ditch.

This "song" was just noise. It didn't improve any for the West coast viewers either. It was bad from coast to coast.

Andrew is safe? His homies must have been calling last night.

Another time-filling musical peformance by ... I have no idea who or what this is. A blonde girl surrounded by dancers wearng giant TVs on their heads. Singing "Blah, blah, blah". No I'm not making this up. The "singing" is heavily modulated, like a Cher song. This is like an acid-trip brought to life. Now a couple of white guys appear on stage, rapping. Badly. They look like they slept under a bridge. The blonde girl diappears, then reappers wearing a giant Indian head-dress. Why? This makes me want to kick the TV in. And this is why I never watch the show -- especially "results night" in real time. Because then I'd have to suffer through all of this instead of fast-forwarding to the interesting bits. Between garbage acts and 3-4 minute commercial breaks, I can get through results night in about 15 minutes of DVR watching.

Yep. Quit 6 years ago. Smoked for 35 years. 1-2 packs a day.
To: peggybac
My 4th day - not because I tried but came down with the terrible flu. Figured now was the time to stop. Hopefully it will be ok when my tummy feels better. You can certainly use that to your advantage. I did. Whether its a bad flu, pneumonia or bronchaitis, there is usually 1 day where it just hurts too much to smoke. I took advantage of that, when I finally quit.
I had been using One Step for a couple of years and I think I ad reduce the nicotine and tar in my body enough that when I tried to quit the last time, it took. I didn't have that 'anxious' need to have a cig that would always pull me back in between 9 and 21 days.

I quit cause dr told me I had mild emphysema, figured it was time and the money saved is great, after over 50 yrs of smoking The money saved really adds up. I took the money from the first two years and used it to send care packages to our troops overseas in Iraq and Afghanistan. I had a great time doing it.

Congrats to both of you...
