This show is heavily marketed towards younger people so it stands to reason that more mature sounding people might not make it. Lilly looked like she got punched in the gut when the announcement was made. Poor woman.

Something tells me the same thing. This season definitely feels different...as though everyone on the show can see the train going off the track but doesn’t want to be the first to say anything.

I checked out that site Dial Idol and looked at the state by state vote one night. Was shocked at how well Paige did. Wonder if she’s got a crowd using that speed dial software.
No question she should have gone instead of Lily.

Just damn. Lilly was one of my favorites. I was hoping to see her make it into the Top 3 (with Crystal and Siobhan)
One the bright side, she can be the first one of this season's contestants with an album. Somebody sign that girl as soon as possible.
She has to sing "I Fall To Pieces" again. It had to be song choice.
It's like younger people don't appreciate Patsy Cline and the others don't think anybody should touch Patsy Cline. Bummer.
