Thanks jonny, got to walk the dog. You all make this show bearable this year.
I think they need to spice up this season:
Add a line to vote AGAINST the ones we find particularly irritating!
LOL!!!
The best part is the restaurant scene. “How much for the woman? How much for the little girl??”
Agreed.
Yes! We should be able to vote for who we want to go home.
Good call.
As always, thanks a ton, Jonnie!
And also, as always, I’ll be in flight when the results come in. Maybe I will get a WiFi flight and can at least monitor the thread even if I can’t see the show.
Night, all!
Vote for the worst is gonna be so confused this year...
Hi, J!! :)
LOL!
Love you, Jonny! You rock my week! lol
good night good people : )
Yes!
What happened?
Wow, what a difference from last nights pain. The performances were so much better tonight it was not even close. While there were a bunch of good performances, there were two performances that stood out as this years first WOW moments. I also think those two have marked themselves as the two to beat, and the likely finalists.
1A Soibhan Magnus Think That note is still ringing in my brain. Just absolutely breathtaking. Not 100% perfect, but DAYUM!!!!! This was a performance that will be remembered in future seasons as the moment Soibhan said I am here to win
1B Crystal Bowersox As Long as I Can See the Light I am so glad Crystal was string enough to perform, and pray her health issues dont cut short her season. She is by far the best performer. This was an absolutely amazing performance. I really think this season will come down to Siobhan and Crystal.
3. Katie Stevens Put Your Records On I loved this. I thought it was the perfect song for Katie, and where does that voice come from in a 17 year old.
4. Paige Miles Walk Away OK this girl has gone from WHO to WHOA. I think she has a wonderful voice, and I am firmly in her fan club.
5. Michelle Delamore With Arms Wide Open I really liked this, and Michelle is quickly making herself a contender. She is to me the true dark horse in this years group, she may just move up as the season goes on and sneak into the top 4 or 5 overall.
6. Lilly Scott A Change is Gonna Come Lilly is so unique and I love her voice, but being perfectly honest : she deserves making the top 12, but at best she may make it to 8th or 9th.
7. Katelyn Epperly The Scientist I thought this was beautifully sung, but it was just wayyyyy tooooo slooowwwwww. Still Katelyn has a nice voice, and she could steal a top 12 spot.
8. Didi Benami Lean on Me This is my biggest disappointment so far this season. I think Didi has a wonderfully unique voice, but she is just not making the impression she needs to make. Being brutally honest here, Didi needs to really worry this week.
9. Lacey Brown Kiss me another one that has totally underwhelmed me. Her Wonderful World was so absolutely haunting I thought she was going to be a shoe-in for the top 12, but after last week and this week I am firmly off her train. This was annoying, nasally and weak.
10. Healey Vaughn The Climb I like Healey, I really do. She is a sweet charming delightful young lady, but she sounds like a 16 year old and is just completely out of her league. Time to put her out of our misery.
Should go home: Lacey and Healey.
Will go home: Healey and ????. Lacey and Didi definitely have to worry. Katelyn is on the edge also in my opinion, and unfortunately I think the lack of exposure early on makes Paige very vulnerable too which is a shame.
Just running in...is it better than last night?
Much better.
LOL!!
LOL. The 17 year old already acts like she's 12. She doesn't need to regress any farther.
Just popping in to see if I'm the only one that thinks the guys are just not up to snuff?
No ma'am, you are not :)
It kinda works. It will take some of the wrinkles out if you're too lazy to iron, lol.
Deal.
