Miscellaneous ramblings..the morning after

Can't wait to hear Bowersox do some Janis Joplin...

Several others were strong..Katelyn and Lily, especially..gonna be a good season..

Staggering how little, if anything..Degeneris contributes to the show...truly a waste of time and space to have her there...she has no musical knowledge/judgement whatsoever...and if, as has been reported, they are seriously thinking about Howard Stern for Simon next season..well, they are truly out of their minds. That would make the show completely unwatchable..truly a "Jump the Shark" move..

I agree 100%, think it will come down to these two. Helmet hair girl has to get a new doo and dread locks needs to doll up and they are good to go.

I think a lot of these are just rumors. The other one is gossip blogger Perez Hilton, but I think Perez is the one assaulting us with that rumor himself. AI's biggest audience is middle America and there is no way that middle America is going to tune in to watch either Howard Stern or Perez Hilton 2-3 times per week.

My wife and I both tried last night to vote for Katie. She’s a student at the high school where my wife teaches. We couldn’t get through at all.

My wife gave up after about 30 tries, I kept trying for the full two hours, and was never able to get a vote in.
