I lost 35lbs with my special diet. I ate less.
That usually works for me, too. I cut out the alcohol and drink more water, take smaller portions and NO seconds on ANYTHING!
Except dark chocolate. :)
I lost 130 pounds by simply spending 2 months in a hospital, but it’s trying to creep back.
What has always worked for me is simple.
-No seconds except on Thanksgiving.
-Moderation in all things eaten.
-No snacks 3 hours before bed... that’s generally 9PM.
-Walk, walk and then walk.
-Eat 5 or 6 times a day instead of 3... graze on smaller amounts... don’t pork out.
-Drink lots of water, especially before each meal.
-Cheat on all of the above once a month.
For me, the most important thing is walking. If I don’t walk each day, I bulk up in a heartbeat.
