Indeed it is difficult, Amy - Pvt. Dion was only 19 years old. The service, sacrifice and patriotism of these young men and women stand in stark relief against the hypocrisy, backbiting and disloyalty of many members of our so-called leadership.

Hi Amy, Well the old saying “better late than never” I wanted some time to settle in, as they would say, before exposing the real me. I wanted to see what this was all about and I really like it here. Everything is so UP and positive. The site FEELS GOOD, if you know what I mean!!
Well you tell Marissa that d’Ogee is doing pretty good for being 13 years old. She and Lindy looked so cute in X-Mas sweaters. As for me, thanks for asking,I’m about the same but I do what I can do and just try to stay positive.

Hi again, thank you for the get well card. I, unfortunately, will always have pain in my back, but not like before I had surgery. I have 10 screws, 2 rods, and 2 cadaver bones in my back. I could be the bionic woman !!! Well, anyway, that’s it and I’m soooooooooooo greatful for all the help Yorkie has given me. As I have learned to feel “ it is what what it is” and I try to have a positive attitude!

It'a balmy 48 here right now. Tomorrow night going to 15.
I have beans soaking and ingredients out to make soup tomorrow
for the FRIGID weekend.
My closets are in need of cleanup and cleanout,too, Lori.
