Looks like two scars. See where it looks like there’s a flap from the more distinct scar to a lesser noticeable scar in the front of his head?
That could possibly indicate a past subdural hematoma surgery.
The fraud never released his medical records. Just a one page statement from a doctor.

That type of scar is fairly common from forceps use during birth.
A little out of the usual position, but it looks like the one on my own head.
