Wow Billie! You manage the 8 hours traditional sleep pattern? LOL..
For years I slept no less than 8...now I average 5-6 hours. Usually in bed before 9pm and up at 3-4am..

My daughter does this salt water wash and it really helps with her chronic sinus problems.

Just as you probably did, I saw the 'Climategate' story, but this puts a much finer point on what really happened, and its significance, than anyone relying on the MSM for complete info would ever have heard...
