I received a signed COLB this AM. It is in a PDF format. I cannot find how to paste it into the post ? I don't now if it's real, but appears to be from a law firm last night at approx. 11:30 PM.
Does anyone know if a PDF file can be posted ?
This “information” (but not the actual pdf) was posted on Dr. Taitz’s web site late last night, Monday 10/19 (as two different emails...one of which I believe was from Jeff Schwilk of the San Diego Minutemen, around 10 pm central time.) However, the emails that were posted are now gone from her site.
I’m not saying the document is authentic. What I am saying is that the facts in the document appear valid and consistent with the other two African BCs because it lists Kenya as the birthplace.
I’m still not convinced that the African BCs are authentic, either, but the data that they have, including the attending doctor and registrar represent real people performing duties consistent with their actual job titles, and other information regarding the name of the hospital and location of birth are also plausible.
When comparing the Nordyke COLB and this one there are just so many differences. Like the filed and acceptance date is done with a rubber stamp on the Nordyke’s and a type writer for the latest COLB. The Nordyke copy has the statement at the bottom when the copies were made, probably for school admissions and none of that on the latest COLB. The time of birth format is different as well. Then you have the U.S.A. as birth place instead of Honolulu Hawaii on the Nordyke one.
Yes, the birth certificate falls in line with the laws of Hawaii as I understand them.
You'll notice in line 23, it says "Evidence of Delayed filing or Alteration"
And the "alteration(s)" are "HRS 338-17.8" and "per Grandmother" could have come later as the alterations. Notice that the alterations do not line up as in intentional misaligned typed to indicate the other alteration(s) came at a later date . So it's very conceivable that additions could have come later.
Then he should stop trolling.
You trolls must be very bored....either that or worried that the truth will eventually be made known !
Without Soros’ billions behind them, Nazi Pelosi and your Obamessiah would be toast !
The Nordykes are U.S. citizen, Barry Soetoro NOT, could they use different forms on citizens and non-citizens???
Well, yes, but see, if he was born in Antarctica, he's not eligible.
Now how can you claim that, knowing the pirate Roberts swore him in, twice!?
With fish like you flopping about at FR, why not troll a while?
BTTT
Both forms have the same fields.
10,580-152=10,428 more to go....
BP2 is not trolling.
It is hard to know at which point the 'spreckle' pattern was applied. Was it on the original or is it a result of the copying process?
White-out tape with a straight edge could have been used to cover the original typing in 17b and the edge could have covered the bottom of the field label, or there could have been a defect in the printing layout of the original and the bottom of all field 17b field names could have been hidden. They didnt have laser printing back then.
I do note that the boxes for parent and MD appear clear of spreckles and may have been whited out to cover over an x. The HI registry clerk might have incorrectly xd these boxes from force of habit as the first signature would nearly always be parent and the next signature would be MD.
Oops -- sorry I forgot the /sarc tag in that post, forgetting that birthers have no sense of humor.
Flame away!
Could you please read posts 139, 142, and 144 and update The Obama Files? I think that everyone jumped on the “fake” bandwagon because they thought it contradicted with what we know from the other “fake” African BCs.
That is incorrect. Instead, reading all three documents for CONTENT, you will find that they are in complete accord with one another. For example, the latest BC indicates a Kenyan birth.
Post 144 explains why the latest document, which is listed as “altered” , could easily fit in with what we know about Hawaiian laws and procedures. Some times I think we are too willing to call a document fake if it disagrees with our world view. Few of us are truly forensic experts to make such decisions, especially if the document may have gone. through several stages of processing such as being photographed, microfilmed and scanned.
I know that BHO’s minions are out there actively producing fakes and purging information that is not consistent with his “official” biography. However, that doesn’t mean we should dismiss with anything which we fear has been tampered. We should view the validity of a document being valid on a scale of 1 to 100. I don’t think I would put 100 on any document we have yet seen. I would put the Australian BC about a 10. Never completely dismiss a document. Always examine with an open mind.
Wonder what’s up with the ‘1’ following Honolulu on line 6a. It isn’t even in line with the city, but a bit below it.
Interestingly, Attorney Apuzzo doesn’t have a post (or comment) on this “newly” revealed doc on his blog...yet.
Yeah, I know, I can’t get over this calling good freepers trolls because they have an opposite view. CO
