A good question. My guess is that they have to dumb down to get viewers. This is an alarming trend. The National Geographic Channel has similar fare; e.g., shows devoted to the goings on at various tattoo parlors around the country. The decline of our culture continues apace.
Exactly! And WHY does NatGeo show those stories of druggies that get caught ‘holding the bag’ and end up in foreign prisons?
