Henry Gibson, a wry comic character actor whose career included "Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In," "Nashville" and "Boston Legal," died Monday at his home in Malibu after a brief battle with cancer. He was 73.

Strange and initially confusing title. The "original" Henry Gibson died, as if the subsequent cloned copies of him are still running around alive?
Took a while to associate "original" with the show rather than the person :)
Anyway - RIP. Seems like I remember him playing a leprechaun on some show or other.

I knew he'd played a leprechaun - twice actually. First in an old episode of Bewitched, and second in a 2000 TV Movie on the Disney Channel called "Luck of the Irish."
He had parts in a HUGE number of TV shows and movies since the 60's.
