OK... I’ve got my spoon ready. Bring back Amanda!

I think it should be the Good, the Bad and the Stupid. Rob and Coach would be co-leaders of the Stupid tribe.

Hey, there’s a fun exercise. Figure out three equal tribes from this list as to who would be Good, Bad and Stupid. Of course, we would need to add one. Make it easy and put Lil on with the Stupid tribe. Or toss out two from the existing list and have three tribes of six.

So that means my TV Guide description of "Another Survivor is voted out" is wrong then.

Isn't that their description for every episode of Survivor?

It seems like it. On the cBS website they list it as Survivor: The first 27 days.

Now if you want a POWERFUL episode description get a tivo and read what they describe for the last episode of the Amazing Race. For the finale they say the teams fly from (country withheld to not spoil it) to (the final city name). If you didn't know it you would after reading their description.

My Tivo isn’t going into the future that far.
Although nothing would make me happier than a Globe Trotter win.

Man, talk about the hypocrisy last night. Let’s see...Meghan wants to misdirect the other teams and tell them a “Praga” is a hat, you know, to “slow them down and confuse them.” Then they get bent out of shape when someone pulls a game on them and one of the GT’s is moving slower down the ladder than they’d like. If that Cheynne had kept his mouth shut the GT wouldn’t have “slowed down.”

The “holier than thou” gay brothers talk about the bad play of the GT’s (”they follow us everywhere!”) and then steal another team’s cab so they can finish third. I hope the gay brothers are eliminated next episode.

I get the feeling the gay bro’s thought they were going to be the “alpha male” team in this edition of Amazing Race, which usually means it would be their race to lose, and were really PO’d when when found out there was another team of two males.

I think the brothers should have been penalized an hour for stealing the taxi, but team zebra wouldn't have been that close to them if they didn't take the subway instead of a taxi. Taxi's are generally faster unless you are in a very big city like NYC or Tokyo. In those cases the subway would be faster. If they do make it to the final 3 I would like to see them lose a foot race and come in 2nd place by less than 5 seconds.

Oops, not that I think about it - the description for the last episode of the Amazing Race was in my TV Guide since it is a 2 week issue. MY tivo only goes forward up to 14 days. I only have the description for next Sunday’s episode while they are still in Prague.

I thought Eric should have been penalized in Season 10 for calling up and cancelling everyone’s cabs (remember that?). Remember the stunt midgets (stunt little people - those guys from last season) that got penalized for sabatoging a detour? I think that if you deliberately sabotage another team’s progress you should receive a penalty. The Amazing Race rewards or penalizes you on your own merits - how well and how fast do YOU complete the task.

I hear there’s a U-Turn coming. In many ways I hope Meghan and Cheynne get there first and U-turn the brothers. I’d LOVE to see Team Miss America and the Globetrotters make it to the final three.

I think John and Shambo stick with FF, thinking they are final 3 with Russell. I don't think Dave, Monica, or Brett have enough "game" to last. Their recent gameplay is one of the main reasons they have lost 3 straight Galu at TC.

If a shake up comes, I'm thinking it comes with 7 left with either Russell or Natalie making a move to get rid of Jaison and/or Mick (probably Mick).

As much as I loathe Russell, I will grudgingly admire the game play. The Galu tribe is, near as I can tell, dumb as a box of rocks. You go into a merge 8 to 4, and you should be able to put the other team out of its misery quickly, and yet instead you vote off three of your own. I would almost give them a pass for the - Kelly was it? - vote off, except that if they HAD voted off, say, Natalie, or Jaison or Mick in the first post-merge TC, they would have been 8 to 3 and they could even have split their votes, say 3 for Li’l Russell and 4 for Natalie. Let Russell know you’ll all be voting for him and force play of the idol. (Of course, after you come back from TC, there will a new idol that Russell will magically find without any clues at all.)

If Foa Foa survives to tie it up with four members of each tribe, then frankly Galu deserves whatever happens to them. I don’t want Russell to win simply because I don’t like him (and he’d just be the next in a long line of winners I haven’t liked), but I’ll give him full props if he pulls this off.

However, I’d like a Katrina survivor in the audience, someone who really went through hell, to punch him in the nose at some point at the Reunion.

And Shambo did catch the chicken - using Eric's net trap.

Interesting that Russell did the chicken deal right after the merge - guess it didn't work.

Looking forward to nest week. Wondering how the Survivors are going to take Shambo’s vision.

If Shambo thinks God is giving her visions about who's voted off next she's even nuttier than I thought. Also, according to Survivor Sucks Shambo's a disgruntled lesbian. That would explain a lot of her bitterness.

One reason I liked the rec(r)ap episode - Brett actually spoke! And he even had a small storyline. They could have put that in a real episode, but I guess they felt the need to cram in another fat heap of fat Russell.

Oops! Silly me. Forgot the

Amazing Race ping.

Guess it's not too late for us West Coasties.

Very weak AR season. Stale challenges, unexciting locations, and most of the teams are really hard to root for. Probably the second worst season ever, behind only the Family Edition. And Tocantins was the worst Survivor ever. The Coach/JT/Stephen show. Yawn. I mean, I like JT, but I don't want to see seven people saying, "Let's quit playing for ourselves and just hand JT a million dollars."

/rant off. At least Samoa's gotten good.

Re: The Amazing Race

Big Easy turned out to be a big dummy. He struggled with the briefcase combination too. Everyone else breezed through that task.

Did you notice the hypocracy of the gay brother team telling the other team NOT to take their taxi? They had no problem doing it to team zebra in the previous episode.
