A HOLIDAYMAKER is believed to have captured footage of a YETI.
Piotr Kowalski, 27, filmed the "monstrous, hairy creature" while walking in Poland's Tatra Mountains.
The figure ran into his view as he videoed a mountain goat in an area rich in rumours of a Yeti for centuries.
Mr Kowalski, on holiday from Warsaw, said: "I saw this huge ape-like form hiding behind the rocks. When I saw it, it was like being struck by a thunderbolt.
"I never really believed the local stories of a wild mountain ape-man. But now I do."
The Nautilus Foundation, which probes unexplained phenomena from its base in Warsaw, now has the film.
President Robert Bernatowicz said: "It shows something that moves on two legs and is bigger than a normal man - but because the camera shakes so much it is difficult to say what it is.
"We need to go to the site and see what traces, if any, are left."

If you look at the pic really hard , your comment that it “kind of looks like a guy hiking with a backpack on” is absolutely true. The photo is the back of a hiker with a big backpack on. Anytime these photos are so blurry, you know it is a fake.

It’s amazing these pictures and videos are always out of focus and never clear. But looks to me like a guy in cold weather clothes with a back pack...doesn’t even look hairy... lol

All these mysterious creatures have the ability to make the autofocus on cameras fail! Cameras that can catch a bird in flight can’t get a clear shot of an 8 foot tall Yeti.

I don’t accept any video of strange phenomena as ‘the real thing’ unless it’s out-of-focus, shaky AND zooms in and out for no reason.
Oh yeah: AND the object in question has to keep sliding out of view.
