Surely this must be a trick of lighting, or a matter of blurred focus. Is it possible that the First Lady actually has six toes, as she appears to in this picture? And if she did have six toes, would she appear in public in sandals?
Perhaps readers skilled in photo analysis can enlighten us in the comments section.

One way or another, hers is not a “serene” face, like Laura Bush’s. Her’s is scrunched up and pinched...kinda like Rosalynn’s.

Well, there are very few women as beautiful as Audrey Hepburn was. I am no beauty queen, and I can’t criticize MO for not being one, but there is no reason that a woman cannot attempt to be graceful and gracious.
She is an intelligent and accomplished woman, so surely she realizes that the eyes of the world are upon her. I just don’t get it. Is she that clueless? Are her handlers afraid to bring up the subject, or what?

I think it's quite deliberate. Just like her husband surreptitiously shooting the bird during the debates, she is declaring that she doesn't care about the social graces or the dignity due her position. Her comfort, convenience, and bad habits are more important to her than the role of First Lady. She just doesn't give a flip.

I can’t tell if the First Wookie has 5 or 6 toes but I can assure you her feet are longer and wider than the feet of her pussy husband. She looks more like a man than he ever will. God she’s ugly!
She did change into sneakers while seen in public. I can assure you that will be the last time you see those big ole ugly feet. I don’t even want to imagine what they smell like.
