Good news - I had a great night. Yay!
Bad news - I overslept and now my medication times are all messed up.
LOL
I got up early and called my sister on Skype. They live in India and apparently there was a government official who died in a helicopter crash so as a precaution, the state there is shut down. This meant that we could chat during (their) daytime, which was nice.
My sister and youngest niece loved the Batman story and the Don King hair during surprise mandatory midnight chest xray story. :)
Thank you all for your prayers and support.
Glad you had a good night. We used Skype when our daughter was in Europe. Rigged up a video cam, even.
Bad news - I overslept and now my medication times are all messed up.
LOL
Glad you slept well, and you can LOL out loud (as Monk might say) I think that sound sleep and a good laugh can do you as much (maybe more) good as a medication taken on time.
Have a good day, SL! Know that all Snowflakes keep you in their thoughts and prayers.
Great to hear from you, especially when its good news. Your health is in my prayers every day and night. Good sleep and a strong spirit can beat the worst of ills.
Been busy as the proverbial bee; sending my book to the publisher today and will celebrate later this evening!
I went to a townhall meeting with one of the “good” M.C.’s (members of Congress), it was interesting but not very entertaining; there were no crazed liberals. As it was a farm/ranch community, the citizens there understood work ethic. Gee......think about that for a minute.
I just found out that Michelle Malkin lives around here. She will be doing a book-signing soon, but it appears to be a couple of days after I leave for CA; bummer. I would love to meet her.
Have a wonderful Friday; keep smiling and know that we are cheering and praying for you!
Thank you so much for “taking us there!” Prayers continue...
Well, the good news far outweighs the bad news, and that’s good news! : )
Hope you have a great day and another great night. That helps the body and the spirit.
I know how you feel about your meds, saveliberty. After a recent spinal steroid injection my meds were set at 3 times a day. I’m a tiger about that—it means every 8 hours on the minute! My husband laughs because I take my B/P med at 8:30 a.m. daily—that’s how I keep from forgetting it.
Anyway, one day I overslept and I was a basket case! Reading over the insert it said just not to go over 12 hours in between. (Now if I can just remember to take them in 34 minutes!! :) Have to keep this up for 3 months; been keeping track on a chart since the beginning. Can’t trust my rusty (sometimes)memory! (But if you ask me what I had for dinner in a certain restaurant 8 years ago...) :)
