Hi All,
I just received an e-mail from "saveliberty" advising me she has been hospitalized. The cause as she wrote was:
"I have a significant, but benign tumor near my ear that is pushing against a nerve (which hemorrhaged). It sounds bad but I have excellent care."
It certainly does sound serious to me, even though saveliberty said she was being well cared for. She did want me to let her FRiends here know of her condition. When I get further info, I will post it.
In the mean time, if you could add saveliberty to your prayers, I know she would be comforted by that.
saveliberty is often the Threadmistress, and I am but a poster. So, if you all could perhaps place saveliberty's situation in the proper locations, I would be very grateful. [Or Moderators, if you are reading this.]
Get well soon, saveliberty!
Look who's talking! I think you have gone wobbly on us a time or two! :)
Gotta go watch football. Have a great weekend, dmd.
Prayers for a complete recovery.
LOL.

No, I am just taking my medication.
Good morning, everyone!
I am trying to work through some typing mobility issues before surgery and I was wondering if anyone could recommend a typing program or game that might help me practice more dexterity in my right hand.
I use a Mac and I found a few items available as freeware, but I don’t know how good any of these are. If you can recommend something or if you know someone who could recommend something, I would be grateful for your help.
Thank you, everyone!
Cheers,

Do we even know in which State she is hospitalized?
Prayers up!
I recommend a ergonomic keyboard that is plugged in to your laptop. When I busted bones in both my arms from a bicycle spill it was a Godsend.
As far as programs go, I have no advice. Sorry.
Massachusetts, and I am getting excellent care!
Thank you, Loud Mime!
I don’t know that I need to add a keyboard just yet - I am trying to move the last three fingers of my right hand with more dexterity.
I will keep my eyes open for something for you, I too use a Mac. Perhaps a search of the Apple store might find me something.
My best wishes to you save, I was just clearing out my mail box which I have done maybe twice in 6 years, and came across many messages from our Snowflake Committee days and then today I see this. Weird.
I was just thinking of you. Hope you are doing well. Hope we’ll be seeing you in DC in Sept.
I’m praying for your swift recovery, saveliberty. Hurry back to FR.
Prayers for a speedy recovery for saveliberty.
:) Thank you, HonestConservative!
I am scheduled to go back to the doctor’s office mid September and I don’t know what will happen then - whether I will start the clearance for surgery or if something else will be decided.
Right now, we are keeping activities light as we don’t know what I can do comfortably.
I am dressed and ready for Mass. It went okay when I went on Thursday morning, and it may go better today as the service starts much later (and I hope to be well-rested).
Thank you for your friendship, prayers and support!
Cheers,

I replied to the wrong ping!
Thank you for thinking of looking for software!
(((Hugs)))
:) Coincidences can be fortuitous.
It’s hard telling friends. We had the benefit of getting the information piecemeal, which made it easier for coping, but when I tell friends, it comes all at once. The good news is that I am in the best place in the world for me to be this sick. The other good news is the word “benign.”
Thank you, pattty!
We are at last awake at the same time. [I am most pleased to know you are stirring after sunrise, allaying all of those vampire rumors.]

Would that be the medicine prescribed by the doctor or that prescribed by TOL [tiredoflaundry]?
