The Orly Taitz circus must be shut down.
First, Taitz is professionally incompetent. She is a dentist with a questionable law degree. She knows as much about law as I know about filling teeth (because she was trained in Israel, I assume she is an excellent dentist; but who knows?).
Second, most of Taitz’ conspiracy claims originate in disinformation. I don’t know who creates all of this disinformation, but I have a strong suspicion.
Third, Taitz exercises no professional discipline, and manifests professional incompetence, by filing claims and documents with courts when these claims and documents have no arguable validity.

Is that fair? No. The opinion of the public is usually myopic and inaccurate. But the birther movement may be better off finding a more convincing spokesperson than defending Taitz. Taitz's reputation isn't the point, after all; digging into Obama's past is. If she's dead weight, and she very well may be at this point, she should move out of the spot light.

We just want to verify his B/C. Orly isn't the lone spearhead of that. Cook, Norris or Dobbs are just as involved - as are the rest of us: we're simply asking for verification.
RS, Martin does have a brilliant side to him and yes, he is one of the original forerunners opposing BO, so he does have that in his favor. However, as far as I now, while Martin did take law classes at college, he himself has never obtained a law degree and files his suits “pro-se” ! I believe he has often referred to himself as a “attorney”, but I do not believe he actually holds that title. Plus, I REALLY dislike when people bash Orly. The poor woman has traveled half way around the globe pursuing the origin of the most arrogant and egregiously recalcitrant man alive ! I would like to encourage others to make donations to her at this time for all the labor she has put into this cause, not to mention the travel expense and time away from her family. The good side of all of this is the British officials are looking into this and this whole KBC episode at least generated some sorely needed and long overdue investigative work in Kenya. Who knows where this nefarious creature was born ?? He won’t tell anyone ! Lastly, has Miss Tickly entirely disassociated herself with FR ? I hope not. She was keenly intelligent and had a tremendous degree of fortitude and determination. I hope we hear from her soon. She is the only researcher that is DILIGENTLY and RELENTLESSLY pursuing BO’s vital records via the Uniform Information Principles Act (Hawaiian version of Freedom Of Information Act) and appears to have legally covered all of her bases in this. Too bad the Hawaiian thugs in the Health Dept are so incompetent and anxious to accommodate their Washington messiah ! PITIFUL !

It looks like the B/C image she was presenting is indeed inauthentic - the forger has come forward. And if he signed an sworn affidavit as to its authenticity he's in trouble: Orly isn't.

Andy Martin has been featured periodically on this website and has indeed been involved in"birther" claims. Several months ago people here were cheering him on as he travelled to Hawaii and filed one of the first lawsuits seeking release of Obama's BC.
The self-promoting way in which he did this makes Taitz look like the soul of probity.
Martin was controversial before Obama came along. Here is a Wikipedia article about him.

I am one of the cheerers. Self promoting or not, he provided us all with research he has done since 2004.
That is more than I have done. Don’t see the problem supporting someone when their work has helped.
Well like it or not two things are true. 1) Orly is a LICENSCED attorney in the state of California. That means she is a member of the bar and has passed either the California Bar or some reciprocal state’s bar exam. 2) She is allowed to argue before the supreme court of the US and not all attorneys are so blessed.

Why Obama doesn’t show his BC is now a totally separate issue since an unvetted photo was submitted to official court filings by an officer of the court. That action was a game changer. Not done by me. Not done by you. But, the officer of the court should be asked why.
