I have now read HS3200, the entire health bill (1,017 pages), and I can honestly say that I have never read a more frightening document! It is filled with regulations and government powers that any tyrant would love to have.
This single document is the knife edge our freedom is balanced on! If this passes, you will not be giving America to your children or their children. We will have given away what so many young people are fighting for right now, dying for. They fight for American freedom, and the people at home are giving it away behind their backs if we fail. If we do not defeat this bill, we make a mockery of all they have given for us. Please get involved, loudly and without let up until this terrible thing is left in our history a broken thing of tyrants.
The government will by law have complete access to your private bank information (no joke!) They will tell you
and your government doctor what treatment, if any you get, and you WILL be denied treatment if you’re over 65 and if you have certain health conditions. End of life may even be decided for you, and by a political appointee, not even a doctor!
Seriously folks, if they vote this in, this single document and the law it will bring to power strips you of ALL rights!

We have until they get back from their ‘vacations’ to change a few minds, or we lose America, our rights and more then we can afford! And the political and power types will NOT be living under this system!
If we do nothing, they will makes us slaves, and without a fight! Please do something, call, attend protest meetings, go sit in the office of these political types, work to get them out of office, do something, or it will be too late.
Two weeks max before they vote to forever ‘change’ America and make it a place with no hope!

I am going to get in touch with my Senators and Congress people this very week. Yes, we have slowed them down a little but old Rangel is on Chris Wallace' show right now, pushing it, pushing it. He is nuts and needs to retire. I am so tired of these lifetime people in office who do the same thing over and over and hope to see a different outcome. I believe that describes insanity, doesn't it?

Reading about other people’s vacations is fun. I get carried away on some blogs strangers put up about their adventures.
I love The Rose done by Bette Midler! I almost formatted its lyrics as a poem when I came across the old favorite of what a rose can say.
Whether it’s mine or not I work on every photo I post. That rose was worked so much that it wouldn’t be recognized from the original.

I don't know, LJ, I just don't know. How can this happen in America? Why aren't people outraged and horrified and taking to the streets? Sure the Tea Party Patriots are out there screaming for this to stop, but where is everyone else? Are they in denial? Do they believe it can't happen in this day of enlightenment in the greatest, freest country in the world? They better wake up and they better wake up fast. It is happening, right before our eyes.
And the people, like sheep, will be herded off to the slaughter with little more than a whimper.

Thats your artistic talents popping out. I just now learned that you taught. Did you teach art, etc. Its fun learning new things about our friends.
I found out last evening that my little granddaughter (both just graduated from college in May/June) anyway, the one who studied education got a job this week and is tickled to death. She did her student teaching at the school that called her to work. She loves kids, always has, and will be a wonderful energetic teacher with little kids.
The other granddaughter (Radiology) also got a job at the hospital where she did her floor work during school. Her job to begin with is a “fill-in” but it will soon develop into full time, I’m positive. I am as happy as they are, naturally! For the “fill-in” she will make $21.00 an hour.
She plans to keep her waitress job because she makes a killing in tips there.
AMEN....
Gosh, its so scary it makes me sick to my stomach!
Hi Lori, it is scary, isn’t it? What can we do until we get this man out of office. He is the worst thing that could have happened to the country. Some of us knew it from the beginning but others seem to think he was God, which he portrayed himself to be....as he ‘thinks he is’...and we have no media to tell the truth. When you have a media run by the government, I guess it signifies the end.
We need help and ideas bad...
We live in scary times, jaycee. I just have a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach. It just never goes away anymore. I try to remind myself that everything happens for a reason, but it’s just hard to see what is happening to the country I loved. I have such a helpless feeling. I don’t know what more we can do than what we are doing and I’m just afraid it isn’t going to be enough. A little too little, a little too late. Sorry to be so negative. I won’t give up, but I wish I felt more encouraged.
I feel the same way, Lori! I truly let it bother me and I don’t know what I can do to help except get in touch with my senators and congress people. Thats all I know to do! And to top everything, do you remember when Obama was in a foreign country and said “We’re not a Christian nation, etc. etc.” That broke my heart. He’s a devil!
Of course - since I am not 'young' my days are going to be numbered by this bill.
Why do you think that our ELECTED OFFICIALS won't accept this bill for them or their own families?
