I’m not convinced they’re covering for him. I think they’re just ignorant of the facts. The libtards and Obama trolls have done an effective job of misleading the public about the COLB on factcheck.org and the statement released by Hawaii.

Bret Baier, on his Grapevine segment on Special Report, made the comment that “documents show Obama was born on August 4, 1961 in Honolulu, Hawaii.” On the screen behind him was a picture of the forged COLB. I respect Bret. I think he strives to be “fair and balanced.” He has clearly not looked into the issue in any significant way, but I don’t think he’s intentionally covering for Obama.

(I know you didn’t accuse Bret Baier. I’m just giving an example of a fair, respected anchor who is usually on target.)

If I could convince Charles Krauthammer to just review the basic facts, I think he’d realize that we’re not a bunch of tin-foil-hat-wearing crazies and that we have legitimate questions that have not been answered by the COLB or the Hawaii official statement on the matter.

Those guys really bother me. This is a pretty simple issue and someone in talk radio can make a lot of headway into uncovering this fraud. Our pubbies have no spine and that is what makes them an ideal minority party.

I would like to give it whirl but I have to do it just right so it’s funny, for the situation.

Otherwise it’s going to mean Pain. And these days I kind of wither to get her to be quite. Although, she tends to drone on and on.

Then when I think it’s over - BLAMMO!!

Sadly, she only resting, so she could continue her advance.

LOL! Aw, there it is again. ;-)

“F” Yes! It is a felony to defraud anyone. Harm would have come from someone not getting that slot and he would obtained admission using bogus information to get a loan.

Now, if he did this across state lines? That makes it worse. Now we are talking wire fraud and whole of other laws that would have broken under Interstate Commerce Clause.

There won’t be Santa Claus for him when it comes out

Completely agree. “every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen.” --- Rep. J.L.Bingham, author of the 14th Amendment. Barry Soetoro's father was a British subject. Ergo, Barry Soetoro, aka Barack Obama, is not a natural born citizen.

Excellent summation here : The Fedaralist Blog

Framer Rufus King said allegiance to the United States depended on whether a person is a “member of the body politic.” King says no nation should adopt or naturalize a person of another society without the consent of that person. The reason? Because “he ought not silently to be embarrassed with a double allegiance.”

Embarrassed is an understatement for Mr. Obama and the corrupt supporters that have enabled his installation including the main stream media.

In a nutshell: Obama hasn't produced his long form birth certificate so we don't know for certain that he actually was born where he says he was (and he and his people have given different answers about which hospital he was born in), and Hawaiian authorities haven't actually said that they've seen documents saying Obama was born in Hawaii.

If you can get your hands on a lot of Hawaiian computer-generated birth certifications you can enter the argument over whether the computer-generated short form birth certification that's said to be Obama's is a fraud. But if you can't, it's pretty much pointless to get drawn into that mess.

Would such a felony now with the statute of limitations expired be enough to warrant—dems probably would not do it—impeachment? ... Wouldn’t that be a slam dunk winning issue for the Pubbies in 2010?

See how the 14th amendment Does Not Apply to illegal immigrants?

American Citizenship cannot be conferred upon a baby whose parents are citizens of another country.

Think of this way. Mom and Dad, from say, Paris, France come to Disneyland in Los Angeles. While they are here, on vacation, the very pregnant, French Mom goes into labor.

Well the smart thing to do is get to a hospital. So they do, cuz they are smart(they are French after all).

So while the smart, French, pregnant woman is in the hospital she gives birth. We can say it is a boy for the purpose of this discussion.

Anyway, out pops this kid, thing, with ten fingers and ten toes. Perfect. Except now the vacation is over and the newly minted French Mom and Dad have to go home. This live in the Montmartre District of Paris and can't wait to get home and have their baby blessed and baptized, at a little church called Sacré Coeur.

This beautiful white church is just a couple of blocks up from them and sits on a hill overlooking Paris. It will be a beautiful, momentous and joyous occasion.

So they leave the next day on board a British Airways flight so the French Mom can lay down on a bed for the overnight flight and be comfortable.

The French Mom and French Dad, arrive at de Gaulle International and the immigration and customs people, of France ask for the passport of the French Mom and French Dad.

They ask if the French Mom and French Dad have anything to declare and ....

So what nationality is the child?

Google would be a poor choice. If you think that by Googling that you’ll get an even-handed approach, you’d be mistaken. The web is full of articles that either refer to fraudulent information, or simply assume that America is too good for this sort of thing to happen.

FreeRepublic is a pretty good resource. Start with some of the links in this thread...it’ll save you time.

High Crimes and Misdemeanors?

Don't know, but why wouldn't the document fraud be foundational, show a pattern of deception and continue to this day, making current violations of the law impeachable?

In an impeachment would we get what we want? The truth regarding Barry, the flash, or would he “for the good of the country” resign and then guess what?

“No Standing” he resigned. Aw too bad Vendome and fellow Freepers.

But, not so fast, Slick. Real and lasting damage has been done to the American People and there is a question as to your eligibility, still.

Sooohh! Let's see em all PDQ. We are going undo every last thing you signed into law and each and every one of those Executive Orders.

While we are at it we have this tidbit of information regarding the Logan Act and your possibly violating the United States Prime directive under the act.

By now you have to be feeling let down and stupid and just confused how affirmative action is not protecting you. But there it is, you campaigned for a thug, cousin, Odinga, while you were still a US Senator or whatever.

Too bad Ding bat didn't win. You would have a friend to take you in and protect you in a distant place that would feel like home.

I don't think Mo would feel so homesick to live in Kenya and I am sure that your daughters, having gotten use to the trappings of American life wouldn't feel a little short changed, when they grow up.

On the bright side you can reunite with long lost relatives like your brother and your aunt, who over stayed her visa in the USA and then scammed the system to get welfare and housing and who knows what else she was given. But in any case she will be waiting for you, in Kenya, if you decide to return to the place of your birth.

That's right Your Homeland.

Have a nice day.

Oh, of course. I should have thought of that. But that could overwhelm the guys who have to keep getting the document to send to the possibly thousands of people who want to look at it because of all the publicity. That could be their problem actually. Is the president’s birth certificate normally available to anyone who wants to order it? Anyone know?

The natural born citizen controversy boils down to two issues, no matter who or what you believe.

1) Under the laws in place in 1961, Obama’s mother could have obtained a legal and valid birth certificate for him from the State of Hawaii whether or not Obama was born in Hawaii. This fact alone makes both Obama’s online, short-form COLB and Governor Lingle’s official statement absolutely irrelevant.

2) Barack H. Obama was a British citizen when he was born and he openly admits that. This fact alone makes it absolutely irrelevant where Obama was born as he “may not” be a natural born citizen as intended by the Constitutional requirement.

All this chatter about Obama producing the original, long-form birth certificate is missing the point. His long-form birth certificate could state that he was born in Honolulu as claimed and that still wouldn’t resolve the two issues noted above.

I like http://www.alltheweb.com/

What I find PARTICULARLY useful is in the ADVANCED search, I can search by begin and end date, TO THE EXACT DATE. That's very useful if I'm trying to nail down when and where a rumor got started.

I also find that the Yahoo cache is unedited and a good alternative. I can't necessarily say the same for Google cache.

I wish I had a good alternative to Archive.org, a/k/a The Way Back Machine. It seems more and more people are trying to erase their tracks there by requesting to be removed from the index:

Current website: http://fightthesmears.com/articles/5/birthcertificate (removed OFF the internet)
Archive.org cache: http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://fightthesmears.com/articles/5/birthcertificate (removed per owner request — verified by Archive.org staff)

Current website: http://hawaii.gov/dhhl/applicants/appforms/applyhhl (changed)
Archive.org: http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://hawaii.gov/dhhl/applicants/appforms/applyhhl (removed per owner request)

Current website: http://www.kapiolanigift.org/centennial.aspx?id=1728 (Obama letter removed)
on Archive.org: http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.kapiolanigift.org/centennial.aspx?id=1728 (removed per owner request)

... etc ...

RE: "Is the president’s birth certificate normally available to anyone who wants to order it?"

Personally I expect that a president has the same rights as we do; i.e., it's available only if s/he says OK. Of course, if s/he refuses to release it then we have another Obama.

Even if Obama releases his long form B.C. -- as all of us have been required to do from time to time -- that still may not end the arguments.

For example, my long form B.C. is stamped Delayed. I was not born in a hospital.

I could have been born anywhere.. or simply found somewhere.

I believe that all that's required to register is a doctor's signature that the baby is in good health and signatures of one or more(?) witnesses to the birth, depending upon state law.

For Obama's Aug. 4, 1961 birth in Honolulu, HA, to be accurate, the following improbable events needed to occur for his COLB to accurate:

1 month after starting classes, Stanley Ann Dunham, Barack’s mom, at age 17, got pregnant by just-about the only black African man on the entire chain of Hawaiian islands (the 1960 Census shows the population of blacks in Hawaii to be at 0.7 percent)

2 months after getting pregnant, she drops out of college.

3 months after getting pregnant, she marries BHO Sr.

10 months AFTER her first day at the Univ of Hawaii, she gives birth to BHO II at EITHER the Queen's or Kapiolani Medical Center, and immediately LEAVES behind:
a) her parents in Honolulu
b) her new husband in Honolulu, and
c) her new home in Honolulu (her parents had just moved there, reportedly in June 1960) ...
... to fly ALONE with a 3-week-old newborn baby 2,800 miles to Seattle to start college at the Univ of Washington.

Then ... Stanley Ann Dunham does not return to Hawaii until AFTER BHO Sr left the islands for Harvard, in Fall of 1962.

Even the Obots realize this is an implausible series of events is made even more suspicious in that -NEVER- does Obama Jr in his two books mention that his mom left Hawaii when she was married to BHO Sr, nor does he mention she was EVER in Washington State during their marriage until they were divorced in March 1964 ...

... occam's razor ...
... propensity of evidence ...
... reasonable doubt ...
... trust but verify...
... common sense ...
