“F” Yes! It is a felony to defraud anyone. Harm would have come from someone not getting that slot and he would obtained admission using bogus information to get a loan.

Now, if he did this across state lines? That makes it worse. Now we are talking wire fraud and whole of other laws that would have broken under Interstate Commerce Clause.

There won’t be Santa Claus for him when it comes out

Would such a felony now with the statute of limitations expired be enough to warrant—dems probably would not do it—impeachment? ... Wouldn’t that be a slam dunk winning issue for the Pubbies in 2010?
