Does FR need a ZOT category? (Vanity)

I have a wee tiny suggestion for Free Republic.
Is it at all possible to have a ZOT category, just as for General chat, or smokey back room?
It would be genuinely nice to have a place where the shame of so many trolls could be put on public display!

But... when we made our move the troll quality was severely lacking. Not really, actually, we had some good candidates. But applying the ever-changing system of metrics (which covers not only the pool of actual ZOT threads from the ending month but other threads selected via a secret formula devised by yours truly and not entrusted to any bank vault anywhere in the world, nor to paper, nor to computer file -- encrypted or otherwise) this thread bubbled up to the top.
