Every time I venture into an Apple thread here on FR, I see the Microsoft guys getting their heads handed back to them.
how am I getting my head handed to me? I am sticking to my assertions that this policy of battery usage if it exceeds 1000 charges is is not replaceable. That’s BS, I’d try my damndest to get as many charges before the year is up so they’d have to replace my battery free under warranty. Itried this strategy with my Compaq but even my well over 500 charges didn’t show signs of the battery failing until about 1 1/2 year of ownership.
