Do you support Ron Paul?
Three categories:
President Congressman Governor
What did you find that led you to this conclusion?
Disturbed at what goes on in the government - definitely.
The posts here that call Ron Paul crazy are over the top - and I suppose that is the purpose.
It just makes the posters seem like kids behind a computer screen. I don’t really take them seriously except to think that they are probably not nice people to hang out with in real life.
I much prefer those who can respectfully disagree and discuss issues without name calling.
That goes for others as well - not just RP. I hate it when terms like “libtard” or “paultard” are used - it makes FR look immature.
You are absolutely right...he was a failed peanut farmer before POTUS...
but as for Ron Paul - I absolutely support whatever elected office he wants to run for. He is literally one of a handful that actually get it.
To fix our problems we need a renegade in office that will stand by our Constitution, the letter of the law and restore our country back to what it was intended.
Do you actually believe any GOP candidate (outside of maybe Palin) that would actually take on the establishment? If we vote a regular GOP candidate back into the Whitehouse - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WILL CHANGE.
I wouldn’t vote for Paulie for any political position period.
NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Let him go home and become a person again. He has had his moment in Congress, too many in fact.
Its been a while now and I put that nutcase out of my mind but I recall things like; Pauls racist newsletters, multiple appearances on the Alex Jones show, blaming the US for 9/11 and support for the 9/11 Truther nuts, talk of the US staging a terrorist attacks as an excuse to go to war, I recall loony comments about Lincoln and the Civil War,
.. I have personally been around for a lot of years and draw on my many years of personal business and social interpersonal relationships and, given some serious observation time, can pretty well categorize people. Paul fall into my category of nutjob. As a conservative, I agree with him on a few issues but disagree with the liberal side of his libertarian stances. However, his loonyness trumps the look at issues so commenting on his liberalism is not applicable. I will not detail comments on his followers to keep the flaming down here at FR but I will say that I also watched the antics and beliefs of the fringe following of Paul and admit the you are the company you keep also creeping into my opinions of him.
Well you’ve apparently attracted the globalist internet operatives with your question.
Anyone who would speak out against the tsunami of global communism that is currently destroying America’s culture and domestic economy is public enemy number 1, as you can tell by these posts.
Mr. Alinsky would be proud of you. Did you know him personally?
You guys have a limited vocabulary, always using the same words to smear people. You need to brush it up a bit, it’s getting boring to read. And it makes it look like you’re all getting told by the same person what to say.
I support Ron Paul for US Citizen.
Perhaps you hit the reply to me by accident since you don't know me, know my personal quest for facts and the truth, the amount of research I do, the sources of the data I gather, and my personal decision-making process. Neither of my previous posts in this subject reflect words of others. The posts reflect MY conclusions and opinions after analyzing the facts I gathered over a long period of time.
” nutcase racist Alex Jones Truther nuts, loony nutjob loonyness antics fringe “
Hmmmm there’s a thoughtful analysis.
I wonder why those words are the choice for dehumanizing the man, using the method of Saul Alinsky?
He’s a loon because he believes in the US Constitution? Why is that so dangerous? I can’t really get much more than that from your ‘analysis’.
If you are courageous enough, we could discuss issue by issue why following the Constitution makes someone a ‘loon’. I’d be very interested in finding out just what part of the US Constitution is the problem.
I’d also like to know just who you prefer, in the almost nonexistent number of American politicians who believe in the US Constitution. Or maybe you don’t care for anyone who believes in the US Constitution. We’re all very interested to see what you have to say.
I remark on Saul Alinsky and you attempt an insult.
Hmmmm.....
Yes
Yes
He's done more to enunciate the defense of the principles of the Founders than any living individual in any office.
God bless him, and long may he live and fight for freedom.
Sometimes “thoughtful analysis” uncovers conclusions with no other descriptive terms but those that apply. If the shoe fits....
But why run Paul down so much? He's not quite as crazy or as dangerous as some in politics. And crazies have a way of balancing each other out.
Eccentric free marketeer kooks balance out statist nuts. Isolationist ninnies can balance out interventionist fanatics and vice versa.
Insult? I don't understand. How can you take this as an insult?
