Wrong and deceptive of you. In fact personal data was obtained.....age, color, number living together, etc.
This from the description of the US Census of 1850:
“Slaves were enumerated separately during the 1850 and 1860 censuses.
“However, some enumerators listed the given names of slaves”
Groups and families were also listed. A few historians have taken the raw samplings and given data on marriages and family populations.
So, the records reveal more than you say.
I wouldn't have a problem with that, but stand watie would probably choke before posting anything without at least one 'danmedyankee' this or 'damnedyankee' that in it.

Again, referring to Schedule 2, where does it ask about living together, occupation, education, anything other than owner, age, race, freed or run off, or whether they were blind, deaf or an idiot? They didn't even register if the slave had a name or not.

If you can find an older version, especially one posted by someone else, have at it. You won't be able to.
