How are you? Enjoying the nice weather? Not too hot for you yet is it? I'm afraid it's been in the triple digits way too many days for about a month. :( You know it's hot when you come into the garage that's not air-conditioned and it feels COOL!

Happy TGIF, Meg.
Thank you for those pretty red flowers in the wonderful black and gold frame.
It is really striking.
Enjoy the afternoon and have a Wonderful Weekend.

Thank you, GeeBee. When Amy sent me that graphic (among several others to ‘use’ for an opening) with “streetwhereyoulive.jpg” as the file name, I went to YouTube to find someone singing it, and there was Dean Martin. He is so cute - you just should see the YouTube video of him singing it. He’s having so much fun dancing in the street!
To: jaycee
Thank you, Jaycee. I am so enjoying some of these old tunes, as in order to upload them so I can link them, I have to convert the YouTubes to mp3’s and save them. I listen to many of them again and again. Pretty songs - can’t make myself delete any of them!
To: Billie
Looks like it could be..I don’t know the name.

So lovely in it's simplicity! I love these type of pictures. Thanks, jaycee. I do, too. That red tulip looms large over the white ones!
To: MEG33
Always enjoy your beautiful red flowers on Friday!
And your beautiful other flowers on every other day! :)
To: JustAmy
Thank you, Amy. Sometimes the simplest pictures make the most striking when framed. :) (You would know about framing! Yours are always such pretty finishing touches to your pictures.)

How do you think I knew when I saw this beauty that this post was going to be yours?! Because I'm much more affectionate since losing my mind?

That is gorgeous, Polly, and a most wonderful setting - those mountains behind you! I had to smile when I read about these " mountains behind me"..
Actually right beyond those trees is a major Los Angeles Freeway!! *hee hee*
Yes we do have what we call foothills and lots and LOTS of palm trees right here locally. Polly

Miss you miss you everything I do echoes with the laughter and the voice of you you are in every corner every turn and twist every old familiar spot whispers how you are missed
miss you miss you everwhere I go there are poignant memories dancing in a row silhouette and shadow of your form and face substance and reality everywhere displace
Oh I miss you miss you there is a strange silence mid the busy whirl just as though the ordinary daily things i do wait with me expectant
for a word from you
