Wow! Gorgeous Meg :)
Knock on wood after I say this. Roses are just starting to bloom and no deer so far.
Have a great Thursday!

We were impressed with the zoo. We did not get to spend enough time there, tho.
We are hoping to get to DC again for the 9-12 Rally and Convention. I doubt that we will get to the zoo again. I’m hoping that we can do a little more sight-seeing this time. No Snow.
Will you be able to make it to DC for the Tea Party? It would be great to meet you and BooBoo.

Wow, that is a beautiful Rose. Such a lovely frame too!
Thanks Amy :)
The pollen was everywhere and this is what made me so sick. I always get bad during tree pollen but this really knocked me down. Green pollen was everywhere for couple of weeks. I would think I was improving but nope. I even did a few, in bed only days. Then it's real fun /s because the house becomes a disorganized mess. LOL
Tonight we have a chorus concert. School isn't out till June 26. Tell Missy I said, Woo HOO! Happy Summer!

Gorgeous Lady Jag :)
I took a picture of a bee last night. Have to upload it. Hope it looks 1/2 as good, if not a 1/4 as good as this picture. ;)
How are you? Are you having cloudy weeks with sunny weekends too? I'm happy though, it's not too hot and it's been sunny on most weekends.
Love your poems and graphics!!
Love the June one. Best month of the year to me.
I hope you are enjoying the spring!

Amy,
Last time we were in DC it was for a FReeper event. We did one real fast day sight seeing. It's very possible we can go to the 9/12 tea party. It would be wonderful to meet you! Thanks for bringing this up. I need to start planning now if we can go. We must add a day or 2 more for sight seeing this time.

Your daughter is absolutely gorgeous Polly! What a classy beautiful dress she wore too. Congratulations to you and your daughter on her graduation!
Is that the front of your house. Looks like a lovely porch. I love the stucco/stone exterior!

You post the best garden pictures. Makes me want to run to the garden center. LOL
I keep spraying deer off and put garlic sticks all over the place. LOL
There are so many bunnies around. Even a few babies. Too cute! They eat mostly weeds and grass. Good excuse not to pull weeds. ;)
Thanks so much Meg :)

You Meaner Beauties of the Night
You meaner beauties of the night, That poorly satisfy our eyes More by your number than your light; You common people of the skies, What are you when the sun shall rise?
You curious chanters of the wood, That warble forth Dame Nature's lays, Thinking your voices understood By your weak accents; what's your praise When Philomel her voice shall raise?
You violets that first appear, By your pure purple mantles known, Like the proud virgins of the year, As if the spring were all your own; What are you when the rose is blown?
So, when my mistress shall be seen In form and beauty of her mind, By virtue first, then choice, a queen, Tell me, if she were not design'd Th' eclipse and glory of her kind?

Hopefully the 9/12 tea party thread will go up tonight.
I talked to the school. Marissa can get credit if she is gone for 5 days and goes on independent study. I told them tentatively 9-10 thru 9-16. Leave DC on the 16th. I may change it to 9-9 thru 9-15 (fly home on the 15th) The rates will be cheaper on the 9th than they will be for the 15th.
Hope you can make it!

I agree ... that graphic is beautiful. Thank you again, Billie.
Dean Martin is fun to watch and he is wonderful to listen to. I should buy a CD.
