The Catholic Church and the United States must be Destroyed
Good thread...Here’s a book of interest (apparently to a very few)...

i am going back to the campaign. Leave you spectators to spin your minds. It is a great responsibility you have to monitor the intrigue of geopolitics. We seem to be in good hands.
I believe in reality, not the paranoid ramblings of a seriously demented, unfortunate soul.
Everyone
The world may fall apart but there is an answer it is probably in your book shelf.
BTW: we, apparently live in a *global* society. You and I need to watch geopolitics like a hawk.
Yeah, I’m certain he has long two-way conversations with him all the time. You too, I would imagine.
“”1967 - March 26: Pope Paul VI writes Populorum Progressio and states: “Who can fail to see the need and importance of thus gradually coming to the establishment of a world authority capable of taking effective action on the juridical and political planes? Delegates to international organizations, public officials, gentlemen of the press, teachers and educators—all of you must realize that you have your part to play in the construction of a new world order.””
Do you just make this stuff up,Quix?
Here is the actual encyclical from the Vatican.
POPULORUM PROGRESSIO
a few excerpts...
Aid to Developing Nations
45. “If a brother or a sister be naked and in want of daily food,” says St. James, “and one of you say to them, ‘Go in peace, be warm and filled,’ yet you do not give them what is necessary for the body, what does it profit?” (48) Today no one can be unaware of the fact that on some continents countless men and women are ravished by hunger and countless children are undernourished. Many children die at an early age; many more of them find their physical and mental growth retarded. Thus whole populations are immersed in pitiable circumstances and lose heart.
46. Anxious appeals for help have already been voiced. That of Our predecessor John XXIII was warmly received. (49) We reiterated his sentiments in Our Christmas message of 1963, (50) and again in 1966 on behalf of India. (51) The work of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) has been encouraged by the Holy See and has found generous support. Our own organization, Caritas Internationalis, is at work all over the world. Many Catholics, at the urging of Our brother bishops, have contributed unstintingly to the assistance of the needy and have gradually widened the circle of those they call neighbors.
A World of Free Men
47. But these efforts, as well as public and private allocations of gifts, loans and investments, are not enough. It is not just a question of eliminating hunger and reducing poverty. It is not just a question of fighting wretched conditions, though this is an urgent and necessary task. It involves building a human community where men can live truly human lives, free from discrimination on account of race, religion or nationality, free from servitude to other men or to natural forces which they cannot yet control satisfactorily. It involves building a human community where liberty is not an idle word, where the needy Lazarus can sit down with the rich man at the same banquet table. (52)
On the part of the rich man, it calls for great generosity, willing sacrifice and diligent effort. Each man must examine his conscience, which sounds a new call in our present times. Is he prepared to support, at his own expense, projects and undertakings designed to help the needy? Is he prepared to pay higher taxes so that public authorities may expand their efforts in the work of development? Is he prepared to pay more for imported goods, so that the foreign producer may make a fairer profit? Is he prepared to emigrate from his homeland if necessary and if he is young, in order to help the emerging nations?
I don't think so. I think it is islam that is the tool of satan. We think that the one world religion has to emerge in Rome because that was the last empire, but the capital was moved to Constantinople (Istanbul) before Rome fell. Constantinople was conquered by the muslims.
“You and I need to watch geopolitics like a hawk”
i am afraid it is above my pay grade. I will delegate the extravagant thinking to others, while I engage in minutiae. I would not encourage folks such as yourself to do such things as I. You might get your hands dirty and it would disturb your cerebral symphony.
Happy cloud watching.
There is a neat song about this called “In the Garden”
I that case, hope you lose.
The true church (Catholics and Protestants) will probably go underground. The religious institutions (Catholic and Protestant) may exist above ground.
You have it all wrong,it's the Catholic Church that is hated by those who want to rule the world. It's been that way since the Church was started and it is still the same today.
It will be members of the Catholic Church who will be persecuted just like they are in China and Muslim nations.
You are verbally aiding in this persecution by writing the things you wrote,it does not come from the Holy Spirit at all.
Do you just make this stuff up,Quix?FRiends, quix need not make up odd stuff, he believes in UFO's, they bring him odd stuff. Right Quix?
Follow what your church teaches. Put your faith in Christ.
No. YOU are wrong. The Catholic church has been the persecutor throughout history. Ask the Jews. Ask the Anabaptists. Ask the Waldenses. Ask anyone prior to the 1600s that wasn’t a Catholic.
That said, even John Paul II was concerned about the apostates in his midst. The institution as a whole is not warm towards Benedict XVI. Evil will overtake the Roman institution. Mark my words. True Christians will be persecuted be the Catholic, Protestant or other. Pretending like the administrative capabilities of a church are impregnable is very short sited. Rome will fall. True Christianity will not.
We are beyond the Catholic vs Protestant thing. This is a Christ vs Satan thing.
It is a weed wheat thing. It is a Son of God vs Son of Devil thing.
