Thank you, Amy! (LOVE your picture and frame!)
I made up that recipe, and have been making it like that for years.
I won't even order Huevos Rancheros out, as they are never as good as mine.
My friends that have the B & B make them all the time, and the guests always ask for the recipe!
BTW, I've got a pitcher in the freezer with your name on it. LOL!

Two good things on tv today: Oprah will have Elizabeth Edward (John's wife) on as a guest - (I'm pretty sure)
And, Paula Deen will be on Hanity, letting it all out against Joe Biden! (I think she has some major connections with Smithfield Hams)

If you can get STOKES Green Chili Sauce (with pork or chicken) - you will never make huevos rancheros any other way! I promise you - they are to die for! (STOKES is expensive, but I buy it when it’s on sale, and stock up.)
I have also ‘stretched’ the sauce by adding a can of diced green chilis, juice and all, and one cup of water, and 1 T. cornstarch. Also great for enchiladas, too!
Now, when do we leave for Puerto Vallarta?
