Thanks, I am glad I posted it. Everyone seems to have enjoyed it. The video is so well done and the voices sound like angels singing. :-)
Good night everyone!
I am so SO VERY PROUD OF YOU. Great job & so nice to see your family.. Nice looking group. And is Jake the youngest? And wonderful you were able to be together for mother’s day. Does Katie live in your city? Your hair looks a bit shorter from the last pix I recall.. but that was several years ago IIRC.
Oh, my. Thank you, Lori. That was wonderful!
I like crushed mint, rosemary or lavender also. FRESH not dried..
No not the Scarborough Fair herbs!
I have used perfume.. but old perfume smells OLD in tub.. you know that very distinctive OLD smell? Nice idea of lemons, oranges & limes.. never heard of that.
Yorkie.. you are right re: reserving time for me.. & I do have LOTS of time to myself.. my hearing loss is a blessing as I often dont hear things(like the phone).. and cant get around the dogs dancing on you. Mine are not intrusive.. much less so than the cats, which think they need to be where you are cooking, computing etc.. Nosy
Katie lives in Madison (she's a student there, as is Ev.)(When he's not, you know, off fighting a war somewhere.:)
Lavender is my all-time favorite.
Okay, it's bedtime. Good night Dolly!
Jake has a youthful face(like Leonardo DeCaprio).. will look like he is 20 when he is 40 probably!
I am probably getting to Wisconsin this summer.. quick trip from Chicago.. hope we can meet for lunch.. maybe at the stadium place you have said is so good.
(lol, he’s 31 and he still gets carded.:)
Glad you enjoyed it, yorkie. :-)
Top: Jake
Bottom: Ev with some of the women in his life: L to R: Cousins Allegra and Anne, Evan, big sis Emily, cousin Anna. This again is from shortly before his 1st deployment.
I hope you can get up here, Dolly! Yes, either Curly's Pub at Lambeau Field, or Titletown Brewery. Lambeau Field would be fun, we could do the stadium tour etc.:)
Go to bed. Now.
I am still up too & still NOT in tub.. began some photo editing.. my back has been a bit better PTL and I am under some pressure with a few projects. and I know what you mean “I cant stop”.. once on a roll with projects one can be transfixed
Jake is nice looking.. in this pix he looks like your hubby a bit.
Either (or both!!!!) of the places sound great for dinner
In following the fairy theme I came across this in my YouTube favorites.
I had saved this link somewhere on another computer and lost it..It is so beautiful...Thank you, Lori!
and thank you for your sweet comments on my posts..
I saw the measurements on the Microhoods and measured
mine..30 inches is the size..there are panels on both sides that fill in the rest of the space between my cabinets..They come with the microwave..I will take all measurements with me as I actually go shopping..Online shopping on Sears site gives me many models and brands to look at..I can call ahead and see if they have certain numbers in stock..The store will have someone to install it. I joined a discussion at Sears discussion group and was told GE appliances aren’t what they used to be and he gave me a long list of better brands to choose.
I am tempted to buy a small cheap microwave while I decide..LOL
I am mamaging to tough out the loss ...but I miss the microwave.
Thank you Lori! I started off this Thursday morning listening to these wonderful voices and boy, did it give me ‘goose-bumps’. I had seen this a long time ago and must have lost it but its certainly worth keeping and I will this time! When my youngest granddaughter was a High School Senior, they sang this and others in a Concert at the Paramount Center here and they did a wonderful job also. There is something about these young voices! See you later! And thanks again!

This is beautiful, Amy!
God bless EV..I am so glad to see you here, ML.
In a criminal court case, witnesses provide vital information about a possible crime. Being a witness means telling the court the truth about what you know.
Just as the criminal justice system relies heavily on witnesses, Jesus uses bold, faithful, and credible witnesses to spread His Word and build His church.
Before Jesus ascended to His Father, He gave His disciples a final commandto launch a worldwide witnessing campaign. The Holy Spirit would come upon them and give them supernatural power to be His witnesses throughout the world (Acts 1:8).
Jesus called these early apostles to go into a world where people did not know about Him and to give a truthful account of what they had seen, heard, and experienced (Acts 4:19-20). Since they had witnessed His perfect life, teachings, suffering, death, burial, and resurrection (Luke 24:48; Acts 15), they were to go out and give a truthful testimony about Him.
In taking the gospel to the ends of the world, we are called to testify to the truth about Jesus and how He has changed our lives. How shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? (Rom. 10:14). What are you doing to tell others?
