NASA astronaut Edgar Mitchell, a member of the Apollo 14 mission that landed on the moon in 1971, elaborated on his own fluid thoughts on the universe, arguing that alien visits to Earth have been covered up by governments for more than 60 years.
'I happen to be privileged enough to be in on the fact that we have been visited on this planet and the UFO phenomenon is real,' Mitchell said. 'It has been covered up by governments for quite some time now,' added Mitchell, who grew up in Roswell, N.M., the location of the controversial 1947 incident in which some believe the U.S. military covered up the crash scene of an alien spacecraft....
Former astronaut Edgar Mitchell says aliens exist. Did his journey to space influence him?
“Let’s light this candle!”
ping for later
Alan Sheppard quote!
bttt
Sure, there may be life out there. But to believe the government is competent enough to cover up something like this...?
Yep, as real as the legendary Burbank Studio (Chaplin, Bogart, Greta Garbo filmed there) where the moon landing was staged and filmed.
Ed Mitchell is the astronaut who tried to communicate from the moon via ESP. He was a nut job then. He’s a nut job now.
Visitations from alien space vehicles are another question....
UFO’s are real: The Air Force doesn’t exist.
Bull. This is a manipulation. Like the movie Contact. CHOC-FULL of subliminal cues that:
1) there are aliens
2) they are super smart
3) they are democrats
In those days, many will be deceived. - Jesus.
Exactly what is the “news media” going to pick up on? When the 0bama administration tells them what to say, they’ll say it. What can they possibly do before then? Sometimes people expect too much.
Hardly 3 days go by that I don’t say that Alan Sheppard quote at least once!
“) they are democrats”
Baloney. They don’t have proof of residence required to register.
bump
Full moon time!
Probably.
“Do you think there is life on other planets?”
“Well, maybe on a Saturday night.”
Jose Jimmenez, 1961
That respect isn't always due them. Certainly not all of them forever.
