We must remember that we evoked God in building this country, and if we reject him, we are false to the true nature of America. Obama may not like a Christian America, but I for one, would not want to live in an America where God was forbidden. It would be too much like Nazi Germany or the gulags of Russia.

Isn’t he the sweetest thing? I love him/her! And I love the poem....dogs are very, very funny!

I don’t trust this man around the block. He doesn’t know how to run a country. “Community Organizer”, give me a break, please! The only reason he puts his hand over his heart for our Pledge is because there was so much ruckus about it. And remember, he wasn’t going to wear a flag pin. We could go on all day about what this man’s beliefs are...none of us know for sure. But, I have a big imagination!

Dogs are so very sweet.
When Marissa gets home from school, Max sits and stares
in through the back door hoping she will come out to play.
Unless she has lots of homework, she obliges him. :)

Now ... Mr Mittens, he just wants to come in to eat.
He is very aloof but tolerates her hugs and kisses.

Hope you are enjoying a Warm Fuzzy Wednesday.
It was 98 degrees here yesterday afternoon.
Yep, we had a Hot Tuesday.

Yesterday, I got a group of cartoons and statements about "O" in my email - but this one hit me the hardest:

"President Obama told the Turkish people he wants to form a partnership between the U.S. and the Muslim world. He declared that Islam has done much to shape his own country. For instance, it used to be a little taller in New York than it is right now. "

When I was looking for the ‘gag’ graphic, my little skillet got too hot and I had to take the skillet outside and open the storm door to air out the room.....oooops! I will not try that again....LOL! Taught me a good lesson though!

When I posted the peeping dog, my post sounded like it was my dog. It isn’t, its just been in the files a long time. At present I have no pets. I love them and have had pets all my life but I am at the stage where I don’t want anything to take care of except myself. If I wanna take off, I can. But I still love other people’s pets.....LOL!

Meg, if you had a dog you could just turn him loose in the fridge and he'd do most of the work for you!
