And I can see you too.....LOL! Cute!

I am on my way out but I have to comment on your opening this morning. That is one of the prettiest pictures I’ve seen!! I do love hyacinths (sp.)so much. The poem is precious in its words and decorations. Thank you, girls! Gotta run, will see you later!
Lori, anxious to get reports from you! What I saw on t.v. yesterday were wonderful! CNN just made all kinds of fun of the ‘mad people’. And MSNBC took it with a grain of salt. I don’t know what NBC, CBS, or ABC did as I don’t fool with them much. Why waste my time? LOL~~~~

Heading out for a couple hours.
You have a hppy Thursday, too!!

AMY'S PLACE!!!Thank you ladies, for the beautiful opening!
I can almost smell spring in the air!

Beautiful! I'm catching up on previous posts.
I came across this verse (author not given) in a children's poetry book:
Spring day! Happy day!
God hath made the earth so gay!
Every little flower He waketh,
Every herb to grow He maketh.
When the pretty lambs are springing,
When the little birds are singing,
Child, forget not God to praise,
Who hath sent such happy days.

Hi, Jane! Here’s another one......
A Prayer in Spring
by Robert Frost
Oh, give us pleasure in the flowers today;
And give us not to think so far away
As the uncertain harvest; keep us here
All simply in the springing of the year.
Oh, give us pleasure in the orchard white,
Like nothing else by day, like ghosts by night;
And make us happy in the happy bees,
The swarm dilating round the perfect trees.
And make us happy in the darting bird
That suddenly above the bees is heard,
The meteor that thrusts with needle bill,
And off a blossom in mid-air stands still.
For this is love and nothing else is love,
The which it is reserved for God above
To sanctify to what far ends He will,
But which it only needs that we fulfill.

Wonderful poem.
I always loved lilacs, and so did an aunt. I wanted to have a bunch delivered to her and checked several florists on the Internet but none had any.

Hello, Friends. Happy Thursday.
I'm Back. Lots of interruptions this morning.
Phone call from my Brother in Idaho.
Call from a friend and another from my Sister.
Seems everyone was checking on the status of our hearing.
We still have another month before we appear at court.
We also heard from the Social Worker; she will be here Monday afternoon.
The Fresno Tea Party was well attended.
Count of people signing in was 7500.
My friend and her husband did not sign the guest book; I'm sure there were others.
Hopefully MamaBear will post pictures later.
As far as I know, we had no trouble makers show. Just a lot of like minded fed-up citizens.
I hope to get all pings answered some time today. ;^ )
Have a Beautiful Thursday!

That was quite a crowd. The tea parties turned out bigger than I expected. Hannity's show had a great song, "Shuttin Detroit Down."
Since I post sporadically I must have missed the posts regarding your court hearing.

My nine yo great niece, Prissy Missy, has been living with us for 5 years. Her mother is not a responsible parent.
Finally, I’m applying for legal guardianship. The hearing is scheduled for May 18th. This is a lot more involved than I had thought it would be, so I will be happy to get it over with.
Our attorney does not see us losing her. On the 17th, I plan to ask everyone for their prayers on our behalf.
Today, we are working in the yard ... trying to do some yardwork. I think the flowers should be looking good by Monday. ;^ )

You know that I will surely be praying for Missy to be put where she belongs, and that is with you.

Thank you, Nan. I think she and I would both suffer tremendous damage if they placed her someplace else.
The atty seems very confident but I can’t help but worry a little.

Your post reminded me that I still needed to give Lori a big Thank You.
Hope both of you have a Terrific Thursday.
