I thought maybe Nancy Sinatrya, and then Shirley McClain would have been good too. Even Liza might have been interesting. You're making Ashley's head hurt.

you guys have really convinced me, would love to be able to drop the Crestor and bp meds and get back to normal. told dr I might start smoking again and he almost had a heart attack. I notice something on my ins papers and did you know everytime your dr talks to you about smoking he charges the ins co for tobacco counselling, now I know why he mentions it every time I see him

Well, that’s good because I was starting to get hungry again.
I lost 10 of the 15 I gained back. Maybe I should print out that picture of Matt’s mole to help me lose that 5 and then some.

Its cheaper at the health food store IF they grind their own. If not the grocery has it. Baking aisle where they have the small Bob’s Red Mill flour items.

I quit 5 years ago. hmmm Mine will ask if I smoke and I say no, I quit, you know that and he says, 'I have to ask'. I wonder if THAT'S why he HAS to ask, so he can charge for it? hmmm

Does bottom 3 mean the lowest number of votes OR just the bottom 3 as staged by the producers?Good question.

I’ll bet your ins is being billed for tobacco counselling, they were always asking my hubby if he smoked and he had quit 15 yrs earlier, I have even noticed in the Workers’ COmp medical reports that a lot of the drs mention they counselled the patient on the effects of tobacco on the human body, I think it’s only $12 but that’s still $12 that I think is unnecessary

Yeah that salt is a baddy. My husband had a heck of a time with his bp for so many years. They could never find anything that would work. I scoured the internet for recipes that were low in sodium, fat, and low glycemic index. Hubby lost 60 pounds in about 5 months and the doctor took him off of almost all of his meds. He had Lipitor and two bp meds. Now he just has one bp med that he had to cut the pill in two and take a half of a pill each day. Doc was thinking of taking him off that, too.
Got rid of bread/pasta for the most part, it is a treat or side dish, not a meal basic anymore. And the same with his Mountain Dew!
I had Provachol but had problems with all the different types of cholesterol meds they tried including the niacin based ones. So, I’m glad I don’t need any of them anymore.
