To me I’d like them all to have to sing the same song so we can get a real comparison.
Now that’s a good idea! I would like to see the top 5 do that, because those are generally the most “talented, and well-liked” singers.

Wow, they were true performers. I could listen to Sinatra’s records all day. He just had an easy way of singing, like it was effortless.

Watched it live tonight. At the end, watching Adam stand there, basking in the adulation he felt is entitlwed to, I finally realized who he reminded me of...Obama...he has the same aura, the same sense of entitlement..."I am here..anointed, chosen in advance..."
Good show...nice to have songs you can actually understand, without those long stupid schreeching riffs..as I predicted Adam did NOT do well. Allison was awesome, Kris great..Danny..meh...and Matt, sorry, but that song is for a female singer...

I have a problem with the brand of “American Idol” going to a cross dresser, gay person. I don’t care if they have a career...just not under the American Idol brand. Am I alone!?? Not at all. I plan to vote my fingers off, come finale night.

If you can find it...and it’s on CD..there’s a recording of a LIVE Sinatra concert...”Sinatra at the Sands..” I have hundfreds of his records, from my dads 78 from the 30’s and WW II, all of the LPs, and the CDs...and this IMHO is the best of the lot..His take on “My Kind of Town” will blow you away..

(And for the record, I like the non-PC comments here. For Pete's sake, is there no where left in the world where we can actually say what we think?) Whew! I've been trying to behave myself! lol
BTW, about that art contest. If you decide that you are interested in competing, the place my husband works at is inside the 'venue zone' and we could probably get them to host your artwork. I realize the biggest decision would be which one of your awesome pieces to enter, but that's a good problem for a talented artist such as yourself.
Anyway, of there is anything we can do to help you, just ask and we will give it our best shot. ;)
