Well the save this week makes sense. Idol has been getting grief these last couple of weeks. They need something new and fresh for the msm to discuss. Also, they could only use the save next week at the latest and most of their true favorites are safe enough now....Adam, Allison.....the others they don't really care about.
So use the save, get some good press and big numbers next week.
