The photos of him making out with other guys is what makes him gay, not his vocal range.

Good critique, although I thought Danny was better than you have listed. I've been telling Mrs. TexasNative2000 that Allison needs to do a Bonnie Raitt song, and she nailed it. Just wish she wouldn't try SO hard - she should let her voice do all the work.

It was a tad uncomfortable listening to a blind guy sing "I can see forever"..... He's done.

It was also a bit uncomfortable when they were interviewing Adam's parents. Mom said "he was into everything!" and Dad chimed in with "well, everything except sports..." Ouch.

If AI is such a popular, and profitable, show for Fox, why do they try and cram this into ONE hour...why not do 90 minutes, have 15 minutes more of commericals? It makes NO sense whatsoever.

I really though Allison was great last night. In the early 60's...I caught a young Janis Joplin a few times at small clubs in Greenwich Village, when I was at NYU...and Allison reminds me of her..same powerful pipes, and stage presence. If anyone can dig up some early pics and clips Janis...

Does anyone doubt that someone out there is sitting on vids/pics of Adam that are pornographic...and trying to figure out when to sell them...and for how much..I mean..think about it...Adam wins AI..as seems likely, and the next day..well, here it comes..

Because when AI runs 8 minutes long, they bet that viewers will just stay on Fox for the start of a new show, rather than switch channels to a show in progress.

If I were a greedy and unethical individual in possession of such items (2 out 3 ain't bad!), I'd hold onto them as long as possible. If Adam, the clear betting favorite, gets dismissed, then capitalize on the publicity, including planting rumors that it was the pending release of these shocking materials that led the AI producers to rig the outcome.

If Adam makes it to the finale, I think I'd drop the bomb after the performance show and before the results show to capitalize on the Idol "who will win" spotlight.

Well I’ll be...

Oh well, his sexual preference doesn’t change that he has talent. Besides, there have been some pretty good rock singers that have been gay (i.e., Rob Halford-Judas Priest, George Michael, Freddie Mercury-Queen, Elton John, Joan Jett, Little Richard, Michael Stipe-REM, Boy George, Morrisey.)

I don’t buy it either. It really would be a project to shut down the toll free #’s randomly each week. There are so many FCC regulations and all kinds of red tape. Plus, I can’t imagine anyone on the AT&T side of things would keep quiet about that for very long.

They don't have to. There are NO checks or balances. They can make up any numbers they want. They can do so many other things to manipulate the voters and do other things to mess with the singers, down to their ear piece not working (DeGarmo), forcing certain bad song choices onto them.
